Nice, I've never heard of this. I've had some damiana which is from Mexico and S America, it tastes nice but that's about it. Gona try lavender now, which is the purple tea in the pic lol. Will look up Flor de Tila now

          UPDATE:
I did. I slept for 12 hours and had multiple lucid dreams. I had 4 tablespoons of lavender steeped in 1 litre of boiling water lol

Lavender is nice, but it gave me man tits when I drank it daily for not long. Plants from the cloud forrest and equator are different, stronger but simpler than northern plants. They just hit you hard and tila does that the best.

I avoid caffeine lol. I'm asssuming oolong has caffeine? I actually saw hibiscus in the herb shop today. I didn't know if it was good though. I got lavender. Just made a pot of it and so far it's not purple like pic rel. annoying lol

If you're a man, don't drink too many herbal teas. Hibiscus is ok because it doesn't disrupt your hormones, but stuff like lavender and sage does.
Tea, as in actual tea from the camellia sinensis plant, always contains caffeine in various amounts. It's healthy, but if you are sensitive just drink it occasionally.

I actually read about this earlier. In some young boys they studied, they had gynecomastia temporarily until they stopped drinking it... I'm trying it as we speak though and it's delicious so that's a shame lol. I'll try some hibiscus tomorrow. Looks and sounds delicious lmao

Lol I saw rosehip in the shop earlier as well. I should have just bought everything. They have massive buckets full of dried herbs and you just help yourself and it's cheap as fuck. I'm really enjoying this lavender but I don't want to grow bitch-tits

That pic is likely butterfly pea tea, it makes a beautiful blue tea that turns purple when exposed to acid (typically lemon juice). Said to be anti-inflammatory and helpful for skin and hair health. Tastes bretty good.

To clean yourself of toxins, Essiac tea is your best bet. A clean colon is a happy colon; a happy colon is a healthier you.

Be sure to use Essiac tea that contains sheep sorrel roots.

Mugwort gives you crazy dreams and helps you sleep.
St. John's Wort is a natural antidepressant.
Both can easily be purchased in a loose form and made into teas.

When I tried it in infusions it did great but its also an anti-convulsion, anti-parasite (thujone asphixyate worms and multicellular organisms in your stomach) and you can even smoke it like tobacco or weed, in fact some sources say online its used instead of weed or tobacco in some parts of mexico and used to be largely used by mariners and sailors who gave it the name "sailor's tobacco"

I smoked it, its a very slight buzz, not entirely sure if its linked to just inhaling smoke and the asphyixtion buzz but it is a smooth flowery and tasty white haze that does seem to give a slight higher euphoria and visualisation if you ask me, better if combined with weed for buzzing though ofc. Apparently smoking it is good for the dream causing effect as well.

I need to get my grubby mitts on it. There's some in this shop in Australia and it's $50 for 50g...

Pretty sure that's a retarded price haha, it would have to be worth it

brutal price, but if it's genuine it had to travel 13k kilometers to get there while well protected from the elements. There's probably good alternatives from asia which must be a lot cheaper.

    Sage Tea:
Take three teaspoons of sage leaves, pour 250 ml of boiling water over them, leave to brew for 15 minutes, strain and drink two cups a day for several weeks.
It is also best to drink two cups of sage tea a day as a preventative measure if you are not yet suffering from hot flushes.

Oh none because they are super accumulators of fluoride... Unless the tea was grown with unfluoridated water.. You're sort of shooting yourself in the foot.

Yerba mate in a French press. Crazy dreams.

Or make slow brew black tea using hot tap water (scalding hot) instead of boiling. You have to brew it for 30 minutes. Brewing longer extracts all the l-theanine, and the caffeine effect is different. Way less jittery, more like taking adhd meds that increase focus.

Also you can make tea of hallucigenic shrooms (Psilocybe mushrooms, Amanita Muscaria, Claviceps purpurea...).
It is a hard and short trip.
And put lemon juice in the tea.
