    Not enough data. Varies by height, athleticism, specific sports you take part in, age.
    Instead of worrying about an arbitrary number at your waist, worry about having a healthy diet and body. Stay under 20% body fat, put on some level of muscle. The waist measurement you get then will be your ideal.

        28 is peak. 30 is pushing

        dont have to. hedi wearer for 3?4? years you get used to it and figure what works for you pretty quickly

    Waist measurement isn’t gonna help you. You want body fat percentages. Aim for 10-12% as an ideal. Sub 15 as a "good enough."

    Im a size 32 but Im still fat. Converting my fat to muscle at the moment so I dont have to buy new pants.
    So size 32 is mens optimal. Which is why its rare to see sizes lower than 30.

    im like 165 cm 54kg. if i didn’t have muscle i’d probably be 50kg or less
    my waist size is 27 perhaps even 26

    getting pants to fit on me is hard
    i have to get unisex clothes
    and always wear a belt

    Less than half your height is a good rule of thumb. Prob more like .45 of your height or less but w/e. If you need a formula to tell you you’re fat you’re stupid anyway
