So I was once on a construction site, and I had to position myself in a low basement such that my head was between two joists, and this fucking dumb cunt part of her all female construction crew started hammering on that fucking joist like it owed her money.

So, now I'm a little bit hard of hearing.

I don't want women at my work as anything but cleaning ladies qnd canteen workers. They are emotional and fuck up all the time. Late and leave early, take too long and don't understand I need priority. I have to be able to shout at them without them running off crying.

That's why they need to be held to the same standards.
Stop being a simp and letting them act like entitled brats.
Women generally suck, not because they are all incapable, but because we don't demand anything from them.
        Stop simping, kill all simps.

        >They are emotional and fuck up all the time. Late and leave early
This has nothing to do with gender. I know plenty of males doing the same. Does a shitty job and leave early. It's called poor management with no quality control that let that shit slide because the management is as shitty as the employees working there.

And I agree with my fellow Swede, I don't care what gender it is - as long as the job is done with quality.

You can literally use a 2 foot extension or no extension at all and it will be torqued to the exact same spec.

By definition Torsion is the twisting of a shaft, if the extension torsion is less than that applied then then the applied tension changes from the torsion of the extension. So no, if there is a measurable amount of torsion applied then an extension will have some degree of calculable error, exceedingly at the failure rate of the metal the extension is made of itself

          Anonymous

but of course you can calculate the margin in which you fall into spec by knowing the torsion rate of the "shaft" (extension that is...)

You dont need need to complicate it

You lose a little tiny bit of accuracy but not enough to really matter

Autistic bullshit, does not matter in practice. At least not on boomermobiles, and i have less than zero interest in anything that isn't older than i am.

          Anonymous

The greater loss in accuracy would be the potential shift from the center of rotation due to socket tolerances and angularity, dependent on the length of extension we're talking about here.

        Anonymous

I do, and so does everyone else I know

Yeah its perfectly white to use as long of an extension as you want, torque will be fine.

Yeah. You can use an extension on a torque wrench and not fuck it up. It doesn't work with impact wrench torque settings, but a regular torque wrench will be accurate.

Second, the only real problem with the photo setup is she's using a big-ass torque wrench to tighten valve cover bolts. She also has the light shining in her face, but all drop lights do that.

Pretty sure she's tightening a head stud there, unless they are all under the valve covers on that engine.

That's a 10mm socket, head bolts are 18mm on that engine. The row of head bolts on the intake side are under the cover, the ones by the exhaust manifold are not.

I don't think I've seen a European engine where any head bolts are outside the valve cover.

Women are like naggers... There's certain things they are good at, and certain things they are bad at. And just like naggers, there's always the odd exceptions of a few actually proving their worth in society, but they are few and far between. Stick to White tradesmen if you can at all times, and avoid anything else.

When men ask a question at work it's usually specific and you can answer it straightforward , such as What is thr cutting speed for aluminum? Where the woman will say something like hey did you cut copper last? And then you have to think why are they asking that.. then you're like oh she's trying to cut aluminum maybe she's thinking the speed is off, okay let me answer. Oh yeah i changed thr speed for the copper i cut so you'll have to set it back to whatever for aluminum. I worked with only men until 2004 and once women got involved it was different and I couldn't put my finger on what exactly but the strange way to ask questions is part of it
