It de facto is or was in some places. How often are rich men arrested for snoozing on a park bench?

      Anonymous

How long is that rich man on that bench? Does he also claim the whole bench for himself and puts his personal belongings on it for days and weeks at a time?

      Anonymous

rich men don't sleep on benches you absolute monkey Black person moron. nobody is prosecuted for being poor, they are prosecuted for the antisocial actions they carry out and use their poverty as an excuse for their actions like the cowards they are. nobody hates homeless people for being homeless but for shitting up public spaces, being dangerous, begging and harassing people etc.

The lazy and drunk(what you call "the poor") deserve to be forced to work
And if they can't manage their money responsabily then they deserve to have that right taken from them

Can you specifically define "poor" for us? What are the prerequisites that makes someone "poor"?

  5. 2 years ago

    It already is.

Never heard of laws arresting poor people for the sole reason they are poor.

Obamacare was close. But that was just a fine for being poor.

Obamacare sent police out to fine poor people?

            Anonymous

The police don't need to be sent out for a fine. You are fine on your taxes. At which point you can be audited. If you do not pay it, you can go to prison for not paying your taxes. So yeah. That's pretty close.

            Anonymous

Crime implies the police have to come and get you for the crime of being poor. Tax evasion/failing to pay your taxes affects everyone not just the poor.
OP said the crime is being poor.

You seem to be kind of a low IQ so I'll get a little more detailed for you. Just because getting arrested for not paying for being poor goes through an extra step of calling it tax fraud, it's not alleviation of the dynamic in play: being imprisoned for being poor.

            Anonymous

That extra step completely changes the reason for them being arrested dullard. There is a big difference between being arrested because you were too poor to pay for groceries so you stole them vs getting arrested because you are poor.

            >you're not in prison, we just keep you in jail for a long time awaiting trial
            similar to this

Technically yes. Two separate things. Similarities doesn't make them identical.

You would have to enforce sterilization and then decide who gets it and when, this also means that you have to take care of orphans and ensure them a life that provides enough to avoid poverty instead of sending them to free market

People will tell you it’s a pretty moronic idea but it’s pretty much what they wanna impose with the nwo

you might think so but they get to just live and you pay for it

any hustle or side money they get goes straight into their pockets as non declared income

Again, living in poverty isn't a reward. It's also fricking expensive.

Middle class people have to pay out of pocket for college while low income people can get to college for free thanks to dem government programs

Do you leave your basement? College isn't free just because you're poor. There's a chance you can get a scholarship, but that can be revoked if they somehow deem you unworthy later. You can get a loan, but then you wind up in debt.
