you got light, light plus inertia makes vibes
vibes get interpreted as feelings, then higher up feeling gets described either by words or images, to create thought. then there's something like a high-pass filter that filters out everything below words/imagery

We don't think, thought arise in our awareness.
We agree or disagree with them which creates self-talk and suffering.
The I-thought is located in the chest (right side) and then enters the head.

    >"Thinking, if you ask a philosopher, is something very difficult, so never ask a philosopher about it because he is the only man who does not know what thinking is. Everybody else knows what thinking is. When you say to a man, "Now think properly" he knows exactly what you mean, but a philosopher never knows. Thinking in its simplest form tells you what a thing is. It gives name to the thing. It adds a concept because thinking is perception and judgement." (Carl Jung)

we have outside influences, including autonomous spirits, conditioning our impressions and thoughts. engendered at birth, via trauma, and ancestry. it takes considerable development to be able to develop a modicum of autonomy to resist them. a lot of our conscious experience is 'on rails' with small moments of creativity and autonomy that increases the more skill you develop to resist and identify these influences. godspeed.
