What do you do to cope with being in this shit illusion world until you die?

What do you do to cope with being in this shit illusion world until you die /x/?
I don't want to just work all my life, but that seems to be what society is structured around.

Meditation is nice but it still doesn't let me leave.

I get it. I have a similar feeling. As soon as we appear in this existence we must align ourselves to a lot of imposed rules over which we have little or no authority. With the act of working we don't have much choice. To me the doubts appear more with the idea of marriage. I didn't choose to exist but yet society expects me to have a partner and have children as soon as possible, as if my ideas or opinions or plans that I have don't matter.

It's a remake of the world by zookeepers from the future.

We are all alive and reality is not fully real. And those that are real are getting attacked, which needs to stop.

It's not going to stop. This is the direction it's been headed to since the beginning. We are trapped souls in someone else's private server. It would almost be poetic if it weren't so cruel. Seems the Golden Rule isn't a thing outside of physical reality.

NTA but do I need to prepare myself or will everyone get the justice they deserve and be freed?

            >prepare
always a good idea because trusting random anon prophecy is a good way to get bit, some say that you need to do something and then it will help things along, others say sit tight, I am a fence sitter so doing some of both
some also say God hates fence sitters so I expect
            >you've got mail!
followed by a lightning strike any day now...
            >will everyone get the justice they deserve and be freed
i am extremely whitepilled on this yes

Meditation by itself won't do you any good, you have to detach yourself from this world and understand life is full of suffering and no matter how comfortable we become, we'll always have to deal with the anxiety that it may all come crashing down someday. I understand that life is an illusion and it feels real to all of us, or most of us, anyway, but you have to keep trying to detach yourself from it and let go.

The term "cope" has gained some interesting nuances in recent years. Its now more synonymous with cynical nihilism than anything else and so let me add a little twist.

If you know this "reality" isn't "real", or a simulation, etc., then you have more options to explore than just seeing this experience as a sort of "stint in purgatory".

Not to beat a dead horse with the Double Slit Experiment, but, you can view life with a glass is half full attitude which allows for you to psychologically overcome obstacles. However, and this is my opinion, I also think that there is something to manifestation as well. I do think that what you mentally dwell upon, you bring about in one way or another and I think that overcoming the obstacles of this world are akin to a Boxer using a punching bag. Yes, the bag won't teach you "how" to fight, but it will condition you to fight.

Anon I don't know how but true escape (without kys) is possible. The story of the dungeon who's doors were never locked comes to mind. Perhaps this idea is simply MY cope.

You're gifted with free will and the ability to make life the way you want it. Instead of being concerned with how society wants you to act, go for what makes you happy.

Remain aware of its illusory nature and rest in my transcendental nature, which is free from constraints.

I hate having to work for basic necessities, all the while USD is decreasing in value. Thankfully the main thing that brings me joy and distraction from that is my hobbies, I've enjoyed art since I was 4 and music production since I was 11. Literally just learning new skills and being able to create something and have it shared with other people is enough for me to be happy, especially when I can visibly see others become elated from whatever I've made whether it was specifically for them or not. Find some simple hobby that brings you and others joy, even if it's in small amounts. It'll help you mentally throughout life
