I don't fully understand why people use them but they make cisoids mad so I'm in full support of them.

I think it's transphobic. I belive gender is a real thing people experience and transitioning is aligning body with gender. Neopronoun/gender critical stuff essentially says its all fake and the immense dysphoria people experience is fake or just because of aesthetics

Actual neopronouns - weird but whatever if they can meme a new gender neutral singular pronoun into existence great I applaud them
_-self neo "pronouns" - moronic and dumb until they understand they're subculture aesthetics and change it to _-core

    Cool tbh

Kinda funny to see podcast bros and walmart ben Shapiro's shit on them and get in these deep arguments on why neopronouns are bad, when the people they're talking about are mostly just 12 year old gatcha kids on tiktok lol I doubt most people are serious with neopronouns and I love silly goofy things that make cis people rage

Theyre cool,I just don't use the, cause none fit me. Tho some of my irl trans freinds use them, and even other trans people dont make much of an effort sometimes, so thats gotta be demoralizing

I think it's no coincidence that the only people who use them are theyfabs who never actually transition, guys who want to frick the theyfabs who never actually transition, furries, and easily-influenced people with developmental issues. I'll say they to be polite even if I don't think nonbinary is anything like being trans, but I won't play stupid word games or call a human an it without intending to totally dehumanize them.

    neos aren't always bad
i'm on the fence about them and it's cool if like an intersex or obviously gender non-conforming person wants to learn into or take pride in nonconformity, but someone who won't accept normal pronouns and freaks out if you don't use their meowself pronouns and literally looks like a cis woman... that's narcissistic and makes a caricature of what it is to be trans. the only valid neopronoun users are real dysphoric trans people on HRT who are chill about other pronouns idk. but I've never met a neo user that I really liked. still, I try to stay open minded. I try

tbh they're pretty neutral, i think the vast majority of them have 0% chance of catching on because they sound like shit an alien would say in a 1950s cartoon and not an english word let alone a core part of the language like a pronoun. nothing like actually wrong with that but it makes sense why the swedish hen has had more success than xir/zir in a much shorter time frame. no one will ever use xie or zie on a regular basis because it looks and sounds wacky

unironically if it weren't for just broad femininity fae/faer would be goated as neuter third person singular pronouns. it sounds english, its not spelled that weird and it vaguely looks germanic, and it just conjugates so fricking well. its the goated neopronoun and if it had been marketed as a neuter pronoun it probably would've sold like hotcakes

Anything beyond he, shey, and they is pointless and starts to be less about actual useful labels, and more about just trying to trendy or identifying yourself in such a specific way that it ceases to be more be a description of your personality rather then an actual gender label

If you seriously think there's merit in coming up with increasingly specific labels, you're better off advocating for the erasure of gender and pronouns entirely and solely refer to people as individuals then to expect people to keep track of or use dozens of different pronouns and genders

I don't really get it but whatever. I'm more bothered by the multiple competing standards for singular gender neutral pronoun. I don't need xirs and ers and ems. Decide on one
