Not him but he’s right. It’s because you’re not an Aztec warrior nor a samurai. gay hipsters from twitter ruined it and it also disregards culture appropriation. It makes you a culture vulture.

Hot as hell. But you have to be manly to pull it off. The boy in OP’s pic looks gay. He will not be out there conquering nations.

men’s long hair has always been symbolic of freedom while short haircuts are reminiscent of a slave or peasant. the attitude on them only shifted after the hebrew wars of the last century.

Facts. Same with beards. People onlyt hate because they are chained in the society matrix. All warlords and warriors had long hair and beards.

If you have a "main character" hairstyle, better be a main character. If you’re a 5’7" loser commuting to your shitty office job, you aren’t allowed to be eccentric. Stay in your lane.

    Can look very cool
I dont like tying my hair back though, its a pain and it can recede your hairline
The anon talking about cultural appropriation is a gay and can be safely ignored

Can´t pull it if you dont have something to counteract the "gay", if you have a strong jaw or a muscular build you can make it work.
Looks even better if you look like you haven’t sleep in several days.

nothing say "warrior" like beard oil and graphic tees. idk how Straight Men managed to make the most masculine features looks so gay and stupid

It’s funny that people are so against them. Sometimes I just put my hair up like that out of convenience. I get a few people who tell me they like my hair up like that, then others who tell me they love my long hair down. With thicker hair it gets too hot to have it down if you’re doing anything active.

i rocked the man bun/long hair for 15 years before during and after it was a trend.
it made men dislike me and got more female attention than any other haircut, its not even close. and it made my temples recede slightly but i still have a better hairline than most teenagers these days so whatever.

Yeah! It made my temples recede slightly too. The hairspray didn’t help, but the hairline issues stopped as soon as I stopped tying it so tight. I do more of a quick tie now and accept whatever stray curls I get from my damned spanish genetics.
It’s so weird the effect a manbun can have on people’s view of me while long hair usually gets me positive attention.

come to think of it i can recall at least 20 instances where i’ve been approached and hit on by women i later hecked who later went on to tell me my hair’s what made me stand out or why they talked to me etc. can’t think of a time that’s happened with any other haircut. i have a fade right now, i might do the hitler youth hair for a bot then grow it long again.
