    Don’t participate in company activities if you don’t get paid

    When you get hired you get stuck in a ‘salary band’ that is hard to get out of. New hires will get put higher up the salary band and get paid more than current employees.

    It’s best to job hop every 3-4 years to increase salary fast

    There are no friends at work

    Never be alone with a woman at work , never flirt with a woman at work

    Ignore women at all cost

    HR is not your friend, never tell them anything
