      Depends on the country. In the US, corporations can sell shit, and sick people generally don't get looked after with public money, so there isn't as much of a financial drain.       You can find plenty of youtube videos that teach you how to exercise without weights. You can exercise directly in your home, both cardio and strength. Instead of weights you use your own body weight, which it seems you have plenty of.

        BMI is a useless stat if you have a decent amount of muscle. go to the doctor and let them test your bodyfat % if you are between 10-20% you are normal. if your over 20% you need to lose weight. aim for 14-16%

    Simply put them on this:

    >1-2 days of exercise per week, only do joint safe exercise. Other days a 500 meter walk minimum. Increase as you get more fit.
    >1-1.5 grams of animal derived protein per kg of target body weight. I.e if you are aiming for 85 kg, then 85-127,5 grams of protein.
    >Under 10 grams of carbs per day.
    >Max 150 grams of fat per day, preferably 75 grams.

    Medical support:
    >Look at cortisol and the thyroid. Also check the pancreas, and check liver fat.
    >Add choline supplementation if the liver is fatty.
    >250 ml of bone broth every day for the initial 2 weeks, then on the exercise days within 1 hour after exercise.

    Other:
    Fast at minimum an entire Sunday. Max 2 eating times per day (Lunch and Dinner).
    No processed food. If what you are buying contains more than 5 ingredients then it's probably heavily processed.
    Be realistic, 0,25-1kg per week (depending on weight, body health, liver health and so on) is normal.
    Sometimes weight will stall, keep going and do not stop.
    Do whatever you can to get good sleep.
    Make sure you are in ketosis. 0,5 is the bare minimum. Try to get to atleast 1.0
    Severe abuse of your body and especially the liver takes time to heal, if you have been obese for 10+ years, expect atleast 2 years to get any good results, be consistent, don't cheat.
