When you're on hrt make sure you're not hondosed. Hondosed means a really low dose of hrt,but sometimes is a ridiculously high dose of antia androgen but low estrogen.

You can get total orchiectomy or subcapsular orchiectomy (aka get rid of testosterone but keep your balls). So you don't need to take the antiandrogen and only estrogen, also you'll get better results.
