Voice training sneezing, coughs, being surprised

So let's just say you spent 2-3 years voice training and your voice passes really, really well.

Do your coughs or sneezes pass too? What about if someone scares you as a prank? Will you yell as a guy again?

I feel like this is something that isnt really talked about when voice training that much, but it seems so important and REALLY difficult to fix without surgery. How are you going to remember to do a girl voice when someone surprises you and you yell? It sounds impossible.

It seems wild to me that males go through such drastic means just to admit they don't hold up if just surprised. Like your entire life is a construct. No, not in the way other people's lives could be argued as constructs, you literally have to SURGICALLY RECONSTRUCT YOURSELF to not have to be putting on a performance here after years of 'training'.

this is surreal to me. this isn't women as a 'social' role this is women as 100% performative

I've always made girly noises when I get surprised, this has been going on waaay before my egg cracked and would embarrass the fuck out of me.

Did you put yourself up to posting this message or are you just aggravated today and this is where it spilled out? You figured you could beat on trannies because they have a low chance of hitting back, right?

What does this mean other than trannies have issues and other people don't?

you basically just said 'wow are you so frustrated that it spilled out at someone who literally could not say anything against your sound logic?'

why is this seen as a bad thing?

literally no reading comprehension. you tried to read op's question but your brain started hallucinating and had to go on a tangent.

idk about coughs or sneezes but voice remains feminized so if you scream it'll sound like you want to. you don't have to remember, once you've trained long enough it becomes your natural voice.

It's too early for me to know this but I have read a ton about MTFs that can't sound like guys anymore if they want to.

Six years of constant training, and I still do vocal warm ups every morning.

It happens, but almost everyone who passes is stealth so you would almost never hear about it outside of LULZ threads

i've been voice training for years, i had to practice my sneeze but it didn't take very long to change it. coughing sounds fine, though if i'm dying it sounds pretty rough, but tbf women don't exactly cough "cute"
yelling different also kinda came naturally but took some getting used to. i'm still boymoding but have been told i "yell like a girl." i definitely can't do that high pitched scream girls do but i also never really scream much at all so that's fine.
honestly as you get voice and mannerisms down, the rest comes relatively naturally but you still need to put a little work into it in my experience.

sounds like some honscience copery but i will admit listening to audio of my voice before i started training sounds so much different than my current guyvoice so maybe they're onto something

    >train voice
    >build strength for “female” vocal muscles
    >stop using male voice
    >“male” vocal muscles atrophy
    >sneeze and cough in female register
    It’s not rocket surgery

This sounds like honscience, the muscles used are the same for men and women...

How long? I've been at training for almost 1.5 years now and I barely have a girl voice, let alone getting good coughs or sneezes :[ I just kinda want VFS but all the potential health issues scare me, even though I've had FFS. I dont want to make breathing harder, for example. Apparantly VFS can do that since its less space in your vocal cavity?

NTA, but there are some muscles in the vocal mechanism used in voice feminizaiton that are pretty much not used at all in a masculine voice. Biggest example would be the pair of muscles that lengthen and thin our the vocal cords.

Also voice feminization will eventually have a bunch of muscles in our vocal mechanism pulling in a different direction with a different coordination between muscles than in a masculine voice, so even though they're technically the same muscles, when they get used to a feminized position they will not easily go back into a masculine one (and won't stay there if you move them there temporarily).

Am I retarded? Idk how other people do their girl voice but for me there's holding a position that makes the sound, and then the speech patterns, and holding the girl voice position and doing like coughing or laughing or whatever sounds like a girl.

    >Do your coughs or sneezes pass too?
yeah, because I re-learned how to do that when I was voice training initially
    >What about if someone scares you as a prank?
I yelp in falsetto, I used to do that pre-trooning as well because it contrasted with my vibe and it made people laugh

I'm not voice training yet cuz I'm lazy and have a sore throat but I also do the falsetto yelp cuz it's funny compared to how monotone I sound all the time. Also what do you mean you relearned how to cough and sneeze? Is it just like, experimenting or what? Sneeze seems like a real pain since you can't really sneeze on command

        >I also do the falsetto yelp cuz it's funny compared to how monotone I sound all the time
yeah that's what I did because I was a class-clown that became a depressed alcoholic around 18 years old (when body dysphoria hit much harder), so I started doing edgy jokes and the falsetto yelp stood out.
        >Also what do you mean you relearned how to cough and sneeze? Is it just like, experimenting or what?
nah, I googled how to do it and then started doing it.
Unfortunately now my sneeze is cutesy, which I hated when cis women did that (because I was jealous as fuck they got to be cute), but I'm ok when i do it. Basically, when you feel a sneeze coming up, exhale ALL THE AIR out of your lungs and mouth and wait with your breath held, this way there isn't any air to expel and if you vocalize when sneezing, it sounds really good.
With coughing it's a similar concept, but you need to vocalize a bit more.
Just do it a lot the next time you get sick and it'll work out, good luck

i dont think i could have a male sneeze or cough at this point. people dont talk about this, but after you can do a passing voice, the second part is using it more and more percent of the time you talk. eventually its just second nature

I thought the main ways to get a passing voice is to use it constantly first?

well, there's learning and practicing and getting it to the point of passing. then after that, you use it more and more and more

i acknowledge i got lucky with this, but i had a good starting point and had a job where i talked on the phone for most of the day, so I got it within a passing voice within a few months. in terms of using it 24/7, im 1.5 years into doing that and can do it around 90% of the time or for 4-6 hours straight in conversation before needing to go to a less passing but still passing voice
