Has anyone here had bad visualisation but was able to make it so strong that its like you are actually there when you close your eyes and visualise?

      you mean like not being able to visualize, then training it? yeah you can absolutely do that, you work it like a muscle and get better and better at it

    Visualization is specifically encouraged in all self-help books.

    Yes anon, it's called hyperphantasia. It's more common than you realise. People who cannot visualise things have what's called aphantasia.

    I can reach that level at times, opening the third eye changed everything related to visualizing, seeing and knowing.
