>tried GNU/Linux
>graphic card cooler way more louder than on proprietary windows
>fedora upgrade broke the distro
>just tried to reinstall fedora
>old flash drive install doesn't recognize the empty space available
>deleting the old space but preserving /home/ isn't a simple task
>new fedora installer .exe doesn't work on windows 7
>manually downloaded an .iso, installed on a new flash drive, and now the boot installer shows an empty list
For fuck's sake. Why is this so fucking difficult.

lol let me guess you had fan control software on windows and aren't using any on linux
use pwm fans and configure them in your BIOS.

I even got users. I went to my github months after throwing the thing in there and noticed I had an issue from a guy with the exact same laptop asking how to use my tool. A bit embarrassed but I still explained how to do everything and pinned the issue so everyone would see it if needed.

              Weird feeling.

If he doesn't want to drop into the bios to tweak his fan settings he could use CoolerControl to set profiles for all his fans and AIO.
Installing a GUI fan controller was the first thing I did when making the switch to Linux.

    > use windows
    > next step is to enjoy softwares and games

    > install linux
    > next step is to delete OS and install it again
    > assume install process will make people flock into their retarded distro
    > give advice to use Mint cuz "InStaLl iS EaSiEr"

Who the fuck cares about install, I want softwares, I've tried Mint, Ubuntu, OpenSuse, Fedora and Arch based like Manjaro and AntergOS (Now Succeeded by Endeavor OS)

I went back to Windows every single time I've tried to switch.
Softwares are trash, I can't even pay to get them in Linux.

Wine is sweet but only works half of the time, the other half of time requires me to pull out my hair.

Linus is right, even Toddler OS like MacOS is superior to Linux.

Just sounds like a personal problem.
      For me:
      >use windows
      >install software
      >windows shits the bed and forces an update
      >update breaks software
      >need to watch a video by rajeesh on how to fix the problem
      >the curry suggest I install malware to fix my issue
      >issue remains unfixed

      >use fedora
      >Install Steam (Click single button to play windows games)
      >It just works
      >can update when I want and what I want
