new tech is made to break and is full of cuck restrictions at every level
which means old tech has little to none of that
so old tech is preferred by smarter people
dwarf seethe. how inferior do you have to be to live in the west and be shorter than 6 feet? i was born in the late 90s, when access to quality food was difficult here for my family, and i am over 6 feet. my itoddler nephews are already taller than me and they are still growing. cope harder lol.
Solar panels are the ultimate cuckoldry. >You WILL pay for overpriced chinesium panels instead of cheap nuclear energy >You WILL pay for recycling costs 10 years later when it's obsolete.
Anyone notice a pattern where the left side is always boring practical tools to get a job done while the right side is entertainment? The people who make these exist to work, they see fun and they screech from a subconscious envy because they know they will never have fun. No different from ants
>disposable expensive goyslop technology is... >LE GOOD

Yup same as game hating on LULZ
People have become soulless corporate drones and can't find pleasure in the simple things they used to
So they hate everyone who does
It's textbook psychology
I know this is a low effort thread, but seeing LULZ retards get mad at people calling out their "hobby"* as being nothing but garbage on LULZ will never not be funny rofl.
>$500 solar panel setup >offgrid >15 years
As if we didn't already know from that alone that your IQ is below room temperature you were so kind to add a redditjack as well. Good job retard.
linux users are more onions if anything because they are more likely to base their identity around the operating system they use. windows is "boring" but it just werks for the most part and is well supported by everything
i have never bought shoes in my adult life
i still wear the same shoes(sketchers) i wore in high school. i am now 37
i would need only a 60 watt solar panel to power a laptop. i could probably do it with a 30 watt solar panel if my laptop battery lasts for 5 hours
after a charge
>that's what happens when you don't let yourself get fat >i'm 33 and still own and use the same jumper i got when i was 16
that has nothing with being fat, you're literally just an autistic loser that is unironically wearing SKETCHERS for over 15 YEARS.
>that has nothing to do wi- *breathes heavily* being fa- *takes sip from big gulp* you're literally just an autisti- *takes bite of big mac*
As anon pressed the enter key he wipes the greasy sweat from his brow, he goes to retrieve some victory donuts knowing he has won this battle.
That is unironically Chris-chan tier. Replace your cloths and shoes with fresh items for fucks sake. They will wash out and start stinking after a few years.

if you don't play sports or skateboard your shoes will last forever
i rarely leave the house except to go to work
my shoes do have wear and tear within the shoes(due to years of friction) but they still look wearable from the outside
this only applies if you are a retard who installs a tiling windows manager on arch or gentoo
if you are one of these people then yeah you will waste a bunch of time trying to figure out to get your linux system to work
save time and install ubuntu LTS and use gnome(like linus torvalds does)
>ThinkPad >Debian >Solar roof >??? >??? >4G >??? >knife >??? >shoes >??? >???
What am I missing out on LULZ? I’m unfamiliar with half the things listed left
Quest 2 is alright in small doses. It helped me tune out when my femur was fucked up but using it does seem to have a time limit.
Most people seem to last about 30 minutes before the novelty goes away.
Steam deck is alright for gaming but I get the sense that the deck is too bulky and cumbersome to use over a switch or something, switch is shit though.
The weird thing about the Deck is the whole thing is not actually that big and it feels pretty light to hold.
It feels big because Valve designed the mold of the console for bigger (fatter) hands so it feels like your thumbs have to reach abit more to use the sticks/back triggers comfortably.
My hands are not even small.

itoddler BTFO again
knives are not tech it basically just mixing metal legos at this point. now firearm system are tech.
but arch is for pedos anon...
>where's muh gun on left
Let's see you say that when I attack you with my knife running on Linux Mint because I'm too stupid to use Arch.
>Rocket shoes are not technology
Are you even trying
so, technology is what you can afford, and "technology" (onions) is what better people can afford?
That seems to be the consensus around here. If it’s new and expensive then it’s glownagger tech/goyslop/meme name of the month.
>old le good
>new le bad
A tale as old as time. Sorry grandpa, you're being replaced.
No its just that utilitarian and practical technology that has use is always better than hyper ultra consoomer söy technology.
That's all the image is conveying.
oh yeah, anon, I totally get what you mean. A laptop , a disk drive and an OS is totally practical, as opposed to a phone, a PC and an OS
fucking nagger, that's just "things I like good, things I don't like bad"
>old le good
>new le bad
no one said this. the shoes on the right are old. you're a liar and a nagger
new tech is made to break and is full of cuck restrictions at every level

>verification not required
BS image. I know successful programmer boomers who have bunch of tech toys all over their house
you will beg me to accept you into my civilization after the nuclear apocalypse lil itoddler
requirements:
at least 6 feet tall
can catch, slaughter, clean, cook a chicken
has a skill outside of computers
How about instead of fantasizing about nuclear holocaust you just pay off your mortgage?
dwarf seethe. how inferior do you have to be to live in the west and be shorter than 6 feet? i was born in the late 90s, when access to quality food was difficult here for my family, and i am over 6 feet. my itoddler nephews are already taller than me and they are still growing. cope harder lol.
these are just your dating restrictions gay ass
Its men's shoes vs 8inch pencil heels
>practical technology good
>consoomer technology bad
Everything shown in OP picrel is consumer technology.
I'm sure people find you really interesting, charming and fun to be around
Y'all must be fun at parties. *sassy black woman GIF*
I think you should add a waifu for a more classic Fastman aesthetic
>retarded non-technology bait thread again
Jannies, do your fucking job. What the fuck are we paying you for, anyway?
Solar panels are the ultimate cuckoldry.
>You WILL pay for overpriced chinesium panels instead of cheap nuclear energy
>You WILL pay for recycling costs 10 years later when it's obsolete.

erm no.
Just buy backups lmao
You realize you can just dam your creek and use some pvc and one of these to make hydroelectric for like $200

Owning a switch, steamdeck or rgb lights on any device is literal comnfirmation that its a tranny
doesn't matter as long as you're productive with it tbh
The thinkpad in the pic looks like either t440 or l440. I would avoid those models because of the trackpad
t440p, and it cant be replaced.

Glad you agree that solar panels, lithium batteries and """"survival""" bullshit is overpriced goyslop.

You still got straw leaking out of your pozzed asshole kiddo.
Stupid image KYS for thinking it insightful.
Why is everything on the right vastly superior to those on the left?
I know this is a low effort thread, but seeing LULZ retards get mad at people calling out their "hobby"* as being nothing but garbage on LULZ will never not be funny rofl.
* Gaming isn't a hobby.

Truly rent free.
linux users are more onions if anything because they are more likely to base their identity around the operating system they use. windows is "boring" but it just werks for the most part and is well supported by everything

the catch is that i moved to a hot country when i was 20, so it /barely/ gets cold enough to use it
it's still in good condition
>i still wear the same shoes(sketchers) i wore in high school.
By that you mean the brand or the same model?
no, i mean the exact same shoes
i have never bought new shoes
How is that possible
Physical objects are subject to wear & tear Lol
if you don't play sports or skateboard your shoes will last forever
i rarely leave the house except to go to work
my shoes do have wear and tear within the shoes(due to years of friction) but they still look wearable from the outside
conceptualize the aroma
replace Debian with Parabola and move 4G to the right

save time and install ubuntu LTS and use gnome(like linus torvalds does)
No phone on left
i might actually buy a solar panel in case i can't afford power lmao
i'll still be able to run my laptop
Both are consumers
You lost me the moment you tried to pass off shoes and knives as technology. Get back to r/starterpacks with your homosexual fashion advice, son.
change all the items on the left to second hand stuff if you really want to stress anti consumerism. buying $300 EDC knifes is just as onions
