Why shouldn't I? If you bring up overpopulation being a hard fact, they just start quoting bible verses like that's going to fix the fucking problem. Either we get off this rock and colonize space or there's going to be a massive die-off this century. Those are the options. There is no third option.

The wars of the past were fought over water and arable land.
The difference now is we can make more land arable, and we can use less arable land to feed more people.

No war was fought over resources the best way to preserve resources is mutual trade. Wars are fought over contempt, each and every one of them no exceptions.

Wrong. The mongols raided town after town and never even cared about who lived there. It wasn't out of contempt or hate it was just simple greed.

No matter how greedy you are you can't murder people if you respect them, pity no, you must have contempt for their existence. And Ginghis Kahn used the precise word for contempt with regard to the people he had to kill to achieve his goals. Really you couldn't have used a better example to prove my point.

Your claim was that all wars are not about resources. The mongols never invaded anyone who had no resources to steal.

Lots of people have contempt for remote cannibal tribes but no one bothers with them because they have nothing worth stealing.

It depends, but it can really inflame arteries and cause clots, especially in placentas. It's not always fatal, but understandably concerning. Every pregnant woman admitted who tests positive is categorized higher risk by default. Comorbidities increase it.

Anecdotally, all of the third-trimester miscarriages her doctors handled ALL tested positive. It's a large reason why her family believes it was a bio-weapon that went amuck.

It's not entirely clear what damage it does to a fetus. There's some evidence it can interfere with neural development, something about the spikes. Uncertain if that contributed to the recent study finding children born post-COVID have lower cognitive scores than pre-COVID. (There are other factors, including less socialization.)
