This chart is the biggest source of rope fuel for me

It reminds me of how my transition has failed nearly 3 years in because I'm running out of time to get any of these changes

Not true. The image surreptitiously shrinks the waist while also giving unrealistic expectations for fat gain on the hips. That boob growth is also very optimistic

this image? OP's image? if anything the waist gets bigger, it doesn't shrink

The majority of passoids I've seen have slimmer waist than their pre hrt pics what are you talking about?

the body fat thing i know for a fact is bs, that can take up to 10 years. fat cell regeneration is a longggggg process

though the younger you transition, the less male fat distribution you'll have to begin with (as pre-puberty you have androgynous fat distribution).
so if you transition at say, 17, and had a weak or delayed puberty, fat redistribution will be more or less 'complete' long before 10 years

Been on HRT for 6 years, started at 19 and tried patches and pills and progesterone and I have had no body fat redistribution and never developed breasts besides budding. The reality is that a lot of trans women are genetically immune to estrogen and cannot undergo physiological feminisation no matter how many years they wait and how many different methods they try.

You can't know if you're one of them until you're a few years in.

      >and tried patches and pills and progesterone
you seem to be misinformed about what constitutes 'trying'. pills and patches are the two least effective methods of administering estradiol.
progesterone is also known to inhibit feminization in some cases.
      do you know your levels?

        >pills and patches are the two least effective methods of administering estradiol.
If you're going to suggest injections then I live in the UK and they are not available here.
        >progesterone is also known to inhibit feminization in some cases.
I waited 3 years to start it and have tried being on it and off it for several months at a time and it has never made any difference
        >do you know your levels?
Yes, I have had regular blood tests and been found to be within the NHS target regions for everything. I have followed everything to the letter and nothing has worked when it has for others. The problem is with my genes.

i am choosing not to believe this

Hearing this makes me feel so hopeless maybe I should just stop all together

I'm not saying you shouldn't try HRT because it might not work, I'm saying you should be prepared for the realistic possibility that it won't.

Not trying to be a doomer but if next to nothing has happened in the first three years then things aren't going to magically start changing after that point. Some people just don't respond to the treatment.

Yeah.. all the hope I had and how much better I was feeling in year one is just gone now.... I can't even cry about it anymore I'm starting to feel just as numb as I did pre hrt and it's killing me.

Supposed to do a check up with doctors and get my blood test but I feel like just giving up. Maybe it's all my fault for starting with DiY. Maybe it's because I'm an invalid fake troony. I just feel like a failure and it's all my fault

Injections are easily available for DIY in the UK, see Vanna Pharma. Idk why people actually wait around to get on NHS stuff rather than DIYing during the waiting.

yeah that doesnt mean anything. hondosing is rampant literally everywhere. if you dont know the actual numbers then i can guarantee your levels suck.
