There are Argentines who put themselves in debt for 10 years just to go see this World Cup.
I don't think you comprehend how big the hype is here LULZ, like just last week a man said on the news that he used the money he saved up to buy a house to go to Qatar instead. All of that, just to see Messi's last World Cup.

It's going to be reeeaaaaaally awkward when Argentine fans are the only genuine fans there, surrounded by paid pajeet armies.

Did Yuros immigrate to Brazil generations ago thinking that it was this new world akin to America with loads of economic opportunity, just for it to degenerate into a failed state? Or was it mostly around WW2 and the euros just didn't have a choice but to flee.

brazil had a lot more gold than and easily extractable wealth than america at that time, which gave more power to our crown, which in turn strengthened our grip in the colony itself
this allowed for the same feudalist principles to be put in place in brazil, which doomed the country's long term future
ironically what made the us prosper as a freed colony was the fact that it was a much more sterile colony which gave england more trouble than it was worth

As time went on, what prevented the Portuguese colonialists from maintaining themselves in a protected, prosperous class? Intermarrying and racial assimilation? Or just the nature of their exportations back to Europe enriching so few and many of the Portuguese immigrants being stuck in that feudal worker state

yes for the first option, that's what exactly happened with my family, they fell for the government propaganda only to find out they were thrown on an empty land of which its development was relying all on themselves.
the immigration influx mostly happend in between late 19th century and early 20th century, but in Italy they still were suffering with poverty and some minor wars here and there. so yeah, I guess they wouldn't question too much about how good the opportunity really was.

brazilian propaganda on the old country, posters promoting immigration to Brazil were all over Italy. it could be that these opportunities were mostly agriculture leaned, but it surely was a far cry from the "american dream" that the propaganda led to believe, putting Brazil and USA in the same boat.

        >There is why these revolts are hapenning
Are you talking about the revolts from 2019? Those were internacional forces (probably israelites) trying to destroy us. They used commies and poor people as their useful idiots and manipulated them trough propaganda in social media and tv (chilean news channel are just communist propaganda), as well as infiltrated agents.
After the pandemic all the protests stopped and now cared anymore, because the israelites already got what they wanted so they stopped manipulating.

Also, Chile has been used as a lab for the gringos to see if some things work, they did it with Pinochet and capitalism, and now they did it with the protests. This time it was a population control experiment .They wanted to test how far would commies and poorfags go (the lowest iq people of the country) with their protests and how easy it would be to manipulate them. It was a huge succes so they replicated it in the usa with the blm protests. Once again they used media manipulation and targeted they lowest iq segment of the population (naggers).
