How do you busriders cope with the cognitive dissonance?

Shit thread it's obviously a study that primarily women responded to based on their happiness with their Luxury soccer mom SUVs

Wouldn't the brands that LULZ tards use have the least satisfaction because we're so nitpicky? The biggest fans are the loudest complainers.

I'm sure Stacey in her Porsche is fully satisfied it feels comfy, looks good, connects to her phone, and her routine service at the dealership has led to no breakdowns.

    >people who just bought a $100,000 vehicle say that they are “satisfied” with it when asked (justifying the purchase to themselves)
They will trade it in after 3 years and take a huge depreciation hit. Meanwhile the toyota will keep ticking for 30 years. LULZ users probably dont want the bells and whistles anyways. They unapologetically like shitboxes

If you walked into a whorehouse with your buddies, and they see you walk into a room with a hooker that was quoting 2,000 for her services, you'd be telling all your buddies it was the best sex you ever had even if she was the worst you ever had. You don't your buddies to think you're a sucker.

All this tells you is that, excluding Genesis, it doesn't really matter much what you buy. The difference in satisfaction between Porsche and Audi is only 4%. Which is fitting, as modern cars in the same segments are usually very similar.

What is the deal with Genesis anyways? All I know about them is they're Hyundai's luxury brand. They can't be that shit can they?

Genesis is a great value (I love my G70). The big problem is that they share most of their dealerships with Hyundai (also the reason why they offer valet service and online purchase options so you never have to visit them).

As you may guess, the sale experience one expects from BMW or Lexus is not found at the Genesis/Hyundai dealerships. Instead, you have to deal with scummy salesmen and generally shitty employees. It got so bad I almost cancelled my purchase.

Hyundai know about this since they are now building independent Genesis dealerships, which is what they should have done a long time ago.

Honestly that's probably about how much is different under the badge between a q7 and a cayenne (/Tiguan/urus/bentayga)

    Any Porschefags here?

I was tempted to cross shop them, but the dealership I went to just felt so pretentious and homosexualy, I hate when I go into dealerships and they try to get me to "prove" I'm wealthy enough to shop there. Like fuck on off with that.

Are the cars actually worth the bullshit and the premium, when I got a C8 for essentially half the cost.

Here's how you deal with Porsche people.
      >Pull up to the dealer in something nice/flashy
      >Dress like an unkempt tard
      >Browse. quietly.
      >Be truthful when asked about what you want and why.

They'll sus out that you are there to play ball. The more you try and prove your wealth or whatever the less seriously they'll take you. Btw I did all of the following when I was stuck waiting at a phone screen repair place and there was a Porsche dealer in the same strip mall.

there’s not really any point in trying to game the dealership, at best you will pay sticker. at this point porsche prices are so retarded you’re better off getting a used one though, and i don’t really like the directions they are going with the new models anyway
i just contacted them, told them i was interested in ordering a cayman , the dude set up test drive appointment for me. during the test drive we talked about the wait times, then i ended up trying a used 911 with a manual and got that instead.
i didn’t have to prove my wealth or anything but you do need a relationship with the dealer before they’ll just give you a gt3 allocation or whatever
and yes it is the best. imagine if every time you went out driving you mogged literally everyone, that’s what it’s like driving a 911
