use the find command you stupid impotent retard. why do you windows homosexuals always rely on shitty GUIs that you know don't work and have nothing to do with linux.
gentoo was one of the first distros I used 10 years ago and the constant compiling eventually fried my old computer. Nowadays the browser is probably more resource-heavy than compiling but it put me off gentoo.
Debian any time any place.
Get fucked
I would have known better than to expect a functioning OS had I seen this before I installed it.
Gentoo it is
Have fun learning gentoo syntax
nothing to do with software. debian works, sorry fag
Is that why I couldn't search my files, retard?
Because it just works?

Debian for system with low specs, gentoo for system with high specs
gemtoo
systemd vs no-systemd
https://wiki.debian.org/DebianAndOtherDistros
Gentoo supports SystemD and Debian supports OpenRC.
>Debian supports OpenRC
A lot of packages still link against libsystemd. You should use Devuan instead.
at least compare similar distros, that's more like discussing entirely different goals

gentoo if you're autistic, debian if you're normal
Debian, if you're a cuck.
FreeBSD.
It is part Debian, part Gentoo in style.
Debian
>Both
Gentoo on desktop, Debian on servers
Gentoo if you want control over your system. Debian if you want trannies to control it.
debian if you feel like using a computer like a normal person
gentoo if you feel like becoming a wizard and ascending to the next plane of computing (valid reasoning)
That's Linux from scratch for wizard mode
This is why I use an rpm-ostree based distro on my laptop and Gentoo on my desktop.
If you have a modern PC Gentoo.
