There’s barely any here. We still have plenty of crime though. Spic gangs and white junkie hicks all over the place. The mormons even started bringing in all the polynesians they converted so now there are polynesian and hawaiian gangs downtown

California is only nice if you’re wealthy. It’s an absolute shithole for anybody who tries to raise a family on less than $250k household income

    >60% Mormon
    >But, in reality, Mormons end up in these agencies for perfectly logical reasons. The disproportionate number of Mormons is usually chalked up to three factors: Mormon people often have strong foreign language skills, from missions overseas; a relatively easy time getting security clearances, given their abstention from drugs and alcohol; and a willingness to serve.

    nah, fuck off mormon crypto-glowie

No it sucks. We’re completely full. There’s nowhere left to build in the valleys and we’re running out of water. As the Great Salt Lake shrinks our air quality gets significantly worse too

Couldn't agree more. Not only is it unsustainable for growth, but because of our "Silicon Slopes" We're getting the California refuse here too.

      Interesting story that:
I helped build part of it (well, the parking lot in the basement, when I temp worked with Big D construction)
I was at that self-same intersection with the Title of Liberty the day after the BLM shooter did their thing there.

I lived here my whole life. But I'm a 25y/o loser who lives with his mother still. I actually enjoy my job however and started making okay(ish?) money, just $17hr. Where can I look to move out bros? I would like to keep my job in salt lake. It is like a mile from downtown. I have always had trouble saving though, but it is easier when you make more to save more. If I have to have another birthday at my mother's with no one else, I will kill myself. I would rather just have a birthday alone and not bother my mom anymore... I guess I am asking for advice on how to move out. And if I have to just trade one room for another, I guess it's better than my parents.
