The latest workplace trend is coming in hot. Rather than hire new workers, employers are reallocating current employees to take on new projects or jobs within the company on a temporary or permanent basis.

Why should companies bother to fill empty roles when the employees can just double up?

    >“Moving to a new role in the same company can be like filling in new pieces to a puzzle you’ve already been working on — the full picture starts to really emerge,” Swift said. “You have a chance to establish deeper and fuller relationships, which is a positive both for learning and overall happiness in the workplace.”

      That sounds stupid

Here's how my job search goes
I go in and look the manager in the eye
Give him a firm hand shake
      Ask for a job
He tells me to go online and apply
I walk out and never go back
I'm not giving your shitty pajeet website my social security number and doing personality surveys, your company just failed my personality test and your business is not a match for a quality worker.
I'm sure as fuck not coworkering with people that are too fucking lazy to get off the couch and ask for a job.
But they'll refuse to issue a real pay check too

      >“The most effective coping strategy is to view the situation positively,” he said. “You were deemed the best candidate to fill the position and assist the company. To have a thriving and prosperous career today, you must be committed to constantly evolving and enhancing your skills.”

this whole article is just instructing wagies on how to cope with being tossed around like a cumrag to do all the shit nobody else wants to do

Dang, so the unqualified women and blacks are going to have to work twice as hard? Or the poor white guy who's still left is going to have to carry everyone while still picking up the slack for unfilled positions?

this sounds like daycare. Women in HR have turned a working mans world into children's daycare.

i dont get why wagies are so submissive to their employers. i see all kinds of people working way more hours than they need or want and im just like.. fucking why? tell those homosexuals to take it or leave it. what are they gonna do, have less hours of people on the clock and lose more money just because you werent enough of a slave to make them extra money? bullshit. you can tell them to fuck right off and they WILL give in to you because if they need you working more hours than you want then they need you regardless. ive done it. ive literally told my boss to fuck himself and he gave me what i wanted. and another time i did it and then the homosexual quit within a week LOL

They learned it in public school, anon. Submission to Satan.

true. i think public schools condition more people into being submissive more because of the pecking order created by the kids themselves rather than having to submit to the school staff

i feel its not natural for kids to be stuck with only others their own age and thats why they end up bullying so much, older kids would put a stop to that shit because they can see above it all at least to some degree but a teacher alone isnt enough to regulate that and they're so old and out of touch no one wants to listen to them or be a snitch to them anyway

Public schooling was designed to condition people for the work place, which is why the level of education is as poor as it is. Conditions you pavlov style and teaches you enough to perform meaningless tasks but not question what the fuck we are all doing here

              Literally the first commandment:
“I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. “You shall have no other gods before me."

It's literally submission to Satan. You learn it in public schools.

Most people have terrible money management and go broke a week out of work.

Also as the other anon said, school trains you to be a servile drone.

you're underestimating how many of them are extremely lazy beta personalities that have just resigned themselves to being side characters in life. "Why do you worry about stuff like that" is a common saying for the. Their entire lives revolve around escapism.

Quiet hiring? Isn't that just over working the current staff more without paying them?
Fuck communism but honestly I hate employers so god damn much that communism would put entrepreneurial homosexuals on the chopping block.

They are trying to redefine shit with funny new names to make it look good.
Absolute scum, the lot of them.
Never take on any more work than you are paid to do. Your time, your life, is worth something. If cunts won't pay you for it, don't bother.
If they try fire you for it, or treat you unfairly in the workplace, find evidence and sue their ass on to bennies.

The great resignation is a lie, just not enough naggers and spics for low pay jobs, life cost has gone up too much lately no wonder even low IQ migrants wont take those jobs, they should raise the pay and then you might find workers
