Tech interview with a tr*nnie

So I live in what used to be a pretty conservative EE country but recently it's started to become more rainbow.
I have an interview at a tech company and apparently the "woman" that will be present there used to be a man. He/she is also Ukrainian.
It'll be my first time encountering the tr*ns thing irl and I don't know what to expect. Are they weird or can be spoken to like other people?

god no, under no circumstance can you refer to it as a he/him or you'll literally destroy your future
be as fake as you can possibly be, call it madam maam miss whatever, if it comes to it, you might have to suck "her" dick, or somehow very politely refuse, which obviously would bomb the interview, but by the grace of god you might still be able to find another job another day
    godspeed

I'm serious though, it's not a bait post. I know it's a common occurrence in the US of A and I legit never met one of them irl. Like I said, I just don't know what to expect.
Maybe some of you met one who behaved like a normal person. Or the opposite. Dunno.

      Ask it whose Crimea.
      Enjoy.

he didn't say anything about the tranny being a boss

He's not a boss, just a senior programmer.
      >be a sperg
Anon, you need to understand something. In the past in my society people never wore their perversions as a badge. I'm not a sperg, I'm the normal one in this situation. I'm asking what those people are like in person.

Just deny that homosexual the opportunity, look at him UP TO DOWN and don't say anything for a second, and then just pretend to be a very professional person.

    Throw him the hardest answers.

That's if you are the one doing the interview, if you are the one being interviewed just flat out say to HR you don't like working with those weirdos, DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL not any other incriminating evidence, but tell the HR hoe you don't working with pedophiles or homosexuals, if everybody takes this attitude eventually the company will have to fire the homosexual

Trans folks are just people, not really different from you and me.
If you're dealing with a trans woman, it's probs best to act like you would with other women, too.

      >Trans folks are just people, not really different from you and me.
This is absolute bullshit, every single one of them I've met has been incredibly emotionally needy (no, not in the way women are) and had multiple other comorbid mental illnesses (depression, anxiety etc.)

This is it. If you ever have to work with or for one of these creatures, understand that the work and workplace will never be about the project, future goals of the company, or how you can properly contribute to the project. It will ALWAYS be about the creature and its feelings and needs.

      >people who belong to a sanatorium are like me
I don't want you around either.

If I were put in this situation I'd just bail on the interview. That isn't a serious company if they send mentally disturbed individuals to interact with the general population. For the sake of public decency keep those homosexuals in the drawer, or the fridge, or whatever. Also being from EE shithole, I would find it problematic if the company would have too many Ukrainians, but that's a personal preference, my EE shithole has never really been conservative, so I'm not surprised when shit like this happens.

      >Trans folks
      Yeah OK.
I wonder what's with the company that literally sends AIO memes to an interview. He's 100% vaxed as well.

Could be autistic, could be normie. Literally just treat them like a normal person and you'll be fine.

It's a coin toss. The two only trans people (one mtf, the other ftm) I've met have been just fine and it was like interacting with anyone else, really. The mtf was a bit more jarring because of the very prominent masculine features (the ftm just looks like a somewhat effeminate guy, doesn't stand out as much) but was pleasant to interact with, no real hints of emotional distress or neediness or any of that stuff. Your mileage may vary though.
How bad do you want the job? Factor that in to your decision. Generally I'd say just go and act natural, it's just another human being after all.

Terrible people, normal conversation will trigger them. Only talk about technical job shit but your choices there will also trigger them but at least all they do in that case is autistically sperg about the technology than try to accuse you of assaulting them.

at least you won't have to do many zoom meetings, trannies hate seeing their reflections. If it's remote you'll only have to deal with an anime girl avatar.

It's much worse than you think
Anything will trigger them into attacking you, they will usually go way past your job and actually try to destroy your personal life and future jobs if they feel you're le transphobe or le right winger, and they almost always have a group of discord trannies that will help them
I would skip this job interview, if you do take the interview never joke about anything, always laugh at their jokes, and always be aware of whatever pronoun crap they're on
Just don't take the job, it can go extremely wrong if you end up having to interact with him in the future

Is it a militant tranny or a meek one?
I was interviewed by a tranny once. It was basically almost like a normal person except it went by a female name while having a visible adam's apple (but effeminate/estrogenised facial features otherwise). The company website had nothing about virtue signalling, neither did the tranny's linkedin have any kind of political activism. The technical interview went perfectly professionally, we discussed code and technical aspects, I just had to put a bit of effort into not showing my internal bemusement but once you're focused on the technical aspects it's easy to ignore.

      So YMMV greatly.

      >have tech interview
      >join the google meet
      >interviewer is a tranny
      >immediately hang up and ghost the company
That's what I would do. Would that cause me any trouble? I'm from a conservative EU country as well

I'm back from the interview guys. He/she was a bit shy and pretty quiet and the interview was that different from any other I had in the past. There was no pronouns announcement or anything like that, just discussed the project and the job as usual.
I think I've overreacted in the original post.
