      They used to internally run a mostly stock version of Ubuntu LTS called Goobuntu. I think they rolled their own full distro for internal use now.

      I do, have been for years now. Got bored of being given bottom config iMacs by employers and got a cheap 2nd hand ThinkCenter and stuffed Fedora on it.

      Work laptop is an X270 also running Fedora.

      Software development is cock and ball torture on Windows, somewhat better on a Mac and completely painless on Linux.
