i've been trapped for almost a year. it is far and away the worst financial decision i've ever made.

i've locked up $10K of HEX for 7 years. i wouldn't be worried about ETH lockkup

This. Eth staking is just being taken for a ride and they'll let you out when markets are good but they'll use your cash in the meantime.

      >Coinbase fee: $367.03
      >5.90% APY
      >Your staked ETH may literally just disappear
      >Cannot be unstaked at all
      >Agree to our terms and conditions
This is a reminder that people who buy ETH are braindead consumers

agreed, same with link subhumans who leeched off muh next ETH who have also staked for even less APY while their master dumps on them and STILL holds half of the token supply lmfao. I am convinced russhit and chinkoid glownaggers have employed MKULTRA on cryptonaggers to brainwash them into funneling all of their cash to them via these pnd scamshits.

Don't stake through Coinbase they take a 25% fee for staking rewards. Maybe wait for 1 month to see unstaking come live if you're uncertain. Shapella is going live on goerli today.

do you really want to lock your assets into a crypto-company that only operates when times are good, banking is stable, and the economic future is looking bright?
much like ethereum itself, these are products built off the backs of low interest rates, free flowing money, and a desire for yield over risk aversion, unlike bitcoin which is built for the exact opposite paradigm.

Stake but not at Coinbase, their fee is far higher than everyone else's. Slashing is a literal nothing burger and won't happen if you or your staking pool aren't intentionally trying to attack the network.

ETH is going to collapse. Maybe not today but the reasoning is simple. We don't need it.

Bitcoin sought to solve a problem that actually doesnt exist yet. We had a trust system, just a minority could see its flaws. But ironically the creation of extra crypto systems is jostling that trust indirectly.

At the end of the day after all the cbdc and shitcoins governments will realise that they can't trust a programmable currency, exports will halt. They will have to rely on bitcoin to get out of this mess and that will most certainly create another wave of speculation. But it doesn't matter because nodes will always be propped up, poorer countries will always need it and there will be wealthy people who piggyback on all of that through fear.

Bitcoin is gold and it is cash, You've all missed the obvious on this, that the system is not as complicated as it's made out to be. We used to trade in metals but we didn't want to cart them around, undoing that doesn't change anything.

The only logical conclusion I can come to with these facts available is that you're looking to get rich. You may just manage that but it is 100% a complete gamble. All in ETH is pretty low risk though so what are you even doing?
