SSRImode

Why don't you Anons just try SSRImoding?

>numbed to the horror of existing in the wrong body
>reduced libido makes agp go away
>erectile dysfunction makes euphoria boners go away
>reduced appetite helps you stay skinny and smol
>intense realistic dreams where you can live out all your desires
>dry mouth, not so much of a drooling idiot

Seriously, if you've taken the pinkpill already you might as well tike these little white pills too.

Except I never had a doctor try to push estrogen on me like they do for SSRIs

Unironically I've been on all the SSRIs and SNRIs. Helps to repress/cope but after a little while they stop working as well for me and I end up suicidal and dysphoric anyway, I'm still on 120mg dulo and I'd probably ACK due to dysphoria/depression/not being a youngshit if I did not have them.

Help, what medication does the opposite of an SSRI? I'm already numb naturally and haven't felt an emotion since I was like twelve lol. I don't see anyone describing this experience except people who take SSRIs, but this started years before I tried any.

I don't think so, it's completely chronic and doesn't change even when I do drugs (like psychedelics and mdma). It's like the nerves going down to my body aren't there anymore

SSRIs have made me a completely detached, disociated and nearly asocial person. I'd love to get off of them, but given how I've started self-harming while using them, if I stopped I'd probably just kill myself.

I hope estrogen makes me feel better.

i got prescribed an ssri for adhd and it did exactly nothing to my mental state.
no numbness, no reduced libido, no ed, no reduced appetite, no realistic dreams, no dry mouth, also no change to my adhd

i'm not even depressed or anything, i have no clue what ssris are supposed to do but i know they're used for depression a lot

thing is, i have no fricking clue lmao.
either my place is super underfunded or my psychiatrist is criminally uninterested in doing his job. he didn't tell me anything, just asked the most basic questions, probably going through some checklist.

it might have been because my family has a history of bipolar and major depression, but frick if i know.

            >makes sense, i do have crippling untreated adhd destroying my life
interesting. i have adhd and had that 'numb' feeling you described starting at around the same age
when i was prescribed stimulants, after a few weeks i was like "wow i actually feel genuinely happy, i forgot that was a real emotion and not just a concept"
as a side note, cyproterone had the bizarre effect of making adhd meds not work for me until i stopped taking it. too tired to explain why but progesterone has the same effect in certain people. just a heads up
