Looks like they tried to swap 3crv LP tokens to USDT through kyber which is an agg like 1inch. But 3crv is an LP, its what you get when you add liquidity to curve. You aren't supposed to swap that LP, you remove liquidity from it to get your coins back. So what happened is there was an uniswap pool of USDT and 3crv LP, like an LP of an LP, that kyber found and used which had basically no liquidity.
Probably because he manually imported the 3crv LP token and it wasn't recognized because its not a normal token you swap. So it wouldn't know the price of 3crv but it probably should have still detected the slippage... but whoever made this tx was already doing so many weird manual things they probably disabled the security or ignored the warnings.
