I went OP raider load out and am not in a position to revaluate. I'm just going to raid and procure other people's solar generators.

      >raider load out
This is going to be a short-lived post-apocalypse flare-up career because raiders will all be killed fairly quickly.

Bro one single household sized solar panel is 400w, have a bunch to connect to your own mppt lipo battery and inverter.

The thing you show is camping supply.

Get a lipo pack the size you want (car/truck battery sized 1-2kWh, rackmount 5kWh) , inverter, mppt.

after getting one of these i'd say invest your time and money into building your own setup. its cheaper, these are just more convenient for a 3 day emergency.

if you live in a cold climate you don't really need power. I have no refrigerator 'cus it's winter and it doesn't get over 8°C all day, I can leave stuff just on the pantry and it remains good for a week. Meat and stuff I leave in a cooleman cooler with some frozen water bottles I asked the corner store lady to freeze for me. Other than that, you only need power for entertainment, heating can be done with wood, lighting with candles. You can charge a kindle with a cheapo solar charger and it lasts for a month. I charge my macbook air for 30 min with my car and it lasts all day.

Car to charge macbook? Lol I hope you have tons of fuel.

Also a modern freezer box uses only like 20W and is easy to power with solar+lipo, 8C isn't even entirely a safe fridge temp.

Sounds like you only do this for one day? That may be the most common outage but not the only one possible in a decade, yes?

I have them on my house I barely had an electric bill for months. But with the extreme heat and the a/c always on I'm seeing bills again.

I can survive EASILY without electricity and all those meme gadgets and smartphones.
I can't survive without water. Life without having water is extremely difficult if not impossible, that should be your first priority.

I have a home-made rig on a trailer. 4 panels x 395 watts each on a folding bed frame bolted to a flat trailer. Renogy 2000w sine wave inverter connected to 4 Dakota 24v 1000ah lithium truck batteries. I can run the refrigerator, LED TV and a fan for 12 hours nonstop with plenty left to charge my mobile phone and laptop.

I have a smaller one that can fit into a backpack. When the shtf i'll just put on the pack and head out and never look back, will walk hundreds of miles to my property way way out in no mans land that has no addy, me, the ancient ferns, and terabytes of animes, documentaries, and how to guides, also lots of saved content from pol.

In a way i'm looking forward to the day I can finally put all my knowledge to use without globohomo interfering.
