Whales chose this coin, A poor choice but this is what you would expect from crypto whales tbh, We're talking about the same whales who made BCH, EOS, NEO and many other vaporwares a top 5 coins
eth went from 10 to 40 and all i could remember was thinking im a fucking fool for buying someones 4xed bag. nobody could have guessed it would 100x from there. the midwit in me thinks sol wont do the same bc too many people know about crypto now. i am going to cap this and cry over it in 3 years.
Somehow almost nobody I know uses Solana, everyone prefers EVMs or BTC or literally anything else for remittances. But I can not deny SOL is ripping. Just odd... I know very few people on chain. Even my bro that shilled SOL to me this bullrun asked why would I want to use the chain when I asked how to bridge.
Remittances, swapping, borrowing/lending. Shitcoins and NFTs are a sideshow. However, yield farming is why I would bridge if Solana could be bridged to.
Check out Neon (and buy a bag of their token on Orca while it's still at private vested sale price, Ive been buying the absolute shit out of it and will get to dump on the vested VCs, sweet revenge)
It's not FUD, I just said being a scam is a good thing until end of cycle. Scams did great last cycle, see LUNA, AVAX, Fantom and SOL itself. Just need to cash out in late 2025.
>normies
You mean people like SBF and cronies controlling him to artificially inflate whatever they own with government and NGO money?
>run crypto hedge or firm >control massive buying power >buy your own bags >use everyone else's money to pump the market insanely on what you just bought >sell >move to next scam
>got back into crypto when solana was 20 bucks a cpl weeks ago >went 20k into link >10k in profit with link now >woulda had somewhere between 2-3x now if I did Solana instead
Suffering to miss out on ~20k pure profit after tax in just 2 weeks at least link will do well in the long run.
The only reason I went for link over sol was that I could get way more coins with link, oh well.
Yeah I’m just staring at the screen wveey 30 minutes waiting for a dip. I shoulda just fucking bought the last dip when it went down to 42ish. Gonna take the link gains (still holding my stack) and put them in Sol on the dip. Got an extra 20k in savings but it seems foolish to gamble my safety net even if sol might 10x
yes keep some money completely safe
I have some in the bank I will never touch unless there is an emergency. I'm extremely bullish but nothing is a sure thing and I don't shill and tell others to take more risk than they can afford.
Not to make things worse for you, but they'll both do very well this bull run. Eventually in this market you have to learn to just take your wins and not worry about the bigger wins you could've had. If you can't do that then it will just eat at you until you lose your money trying to chase after those gains. See you at $200 LInk, but Solana will probably be $500+ by then too.
But it is centralized, and craps out. And is 40x more expensive than it needs to be because for some stupid fucking reason the entire thing is coded in Rust instead of something smart like C++.
Solana will obviously surge past $200 this cycle again, but there are other networks that will see a much bigger gain than 1,000% from it's low this past year. There are networks that will see 50,000% increases. Not saying which, because I fucking hate LULZ.
You don't understand. The base network is coded in Rust. It will always be limited by that as opposed to a network designed from the onset for C++, something like EOS-based chains, Ripple/Stellar, BCH, etc. They went for memory safety and framework over compile time, pointers and libraries.
C++ is and will remain THE dominant language, and Rust is the young millennial / zoomer language that's trying to tackle a problem that doesn't need fixing. It's more energy intensive to run Rust over C++ as well, not by much, but it adds up over time and you see it in the cost of transactions on Rust-based networks versus C++-based networks. Also, for a chain focusing on gaming and trying to attract web2 game devs, using Rust is a fucking mistake. The entire game industry almost exclusively uses C++. web2 studios don't want to hire entire blockchain divisions, it's what's holding back the web2 gaming industry from making the jump to web3.
Soon, and it's going to be devastating to holders and the project itself. FTX is still a large holder of SOL, one of the largest in fact, and they're coordinating with third parties to pump the price so they can dump it all and recoup some loses and hopefully make enough gains to pay off all the money they owe in fees and penalties. The price of SOL is going to drop back down to the $20 - $30 range when all is said and done.
Not sure exactly when, but they'll probably funnel profits into other coins as well, like AVAX and other big "blue chip" coins so they can repeat the process on a smaller scale. It's fucking evil tbh. Most of the Top 100 projects today won't exist in 2030. Like 80% of them will be bankrupt shitcoin projects. They'll be replaced by low mktcap projects currently ranked in the #200s - #900s.
so you're telling me the FTX estate which is a court-ordered process of liquidations is going to use FTX customer funds to pump and dump alt l1s after they market dump all the SOL they have
Yes. You think this industry has any true oversight or regulation? Where have you been for the past 10 years?
Anonymous
did you not just witness SBF go to prison and likely for the rest of his entire fucking life
sure a lot of it doesn't have oversight but a fucking SEC regulated entity is overseeing the biggest ponzi scheme / fraud liquidation bankruptcy proceeding that has happened in decades and you think this too is an elaborate ponzi scheme
lemme guess, you think biden himself told galaxy digital to pump the price of SOL because he was longing on bybit too?
Thanks anon, really hope so cause i shorted just now lol

most of the FTX SOL is vested and doesn't start unlocking until next year, if it's getting manipulated higher it's going to keep going for months minimum
he doesn't know they have already OTC'd a fuck ton of the liquid sol already while everyone shorted it and thought they would just market dump 1 b worth of SOL at the picobottom
Yea but your avg buy is $200 so who cares
only exchanges know what retail bought at. how do u know this?
There are on-chain metrics and data for it too
how can u distinguish organic retail trades from from mm bots?
>Yea but your avg buy is $200 so who cares
FUCK YOU nagger, KILL YOURSELF
Im a 5300 SOL strong with average 19.8$, nothing stopping this train now.
that's a good thing for me. homosexuals will be waiting for there $200 again. i bought between 12 and 20
I bought some at 20$. I don't even know why it's booming so hard but I take it. I took some profits at 40$ though and let the rest ride.
Whales chose this coin, A poor choice but this is what you would expect from crypto whales tbh, We're talking about the same whales who made BCH, EOS, NEO and many other vaporwares a top 5 coins
>500%
they're going to be coping all the way up to $600
bought some at 27, some at 35, now buying more at 51
Fucking eth maxis can sit around and jerk about the burn all they want and shit all over solana
could care less while I watch SOL outperform everything this cycle while it becomes the most hated coin in crypto
>they're going to be coping all the way up to $600
Doesnt need to hit 600$ to make me rich
I will be rich in 2024
this is like buying eth in 2017 for $40
eth went from 10 to 40 and all i could remember was thinking im a fucking fool for buying someones 4xed bag. nobody could have guessed it would 100x from there. the midwit in me thinks sol wont do the same bc too many people know about crypto now. i am going to cap this and cry over it in 3 years.
They cope and they seethe while my SOL bag flies.
Feels good man.
People are clearly only buying SOL to swap for BONK
Reddit chads winning again.
Yeah, I feel honestly like a fucking retard not going to lie here
now it's a good time to place a short
Somehow almost nobody I know uses Solana, everyone prefers EVMs or BTC or literally anything else for remittances. But I can not deny SOL is ripping. Just odd... I know very few people on chain. Even my bro that shilled SOL to me this bullrun asked why would I want to use the chain when I asked how to bridge.
Exactly. I literally know nobody who uses Solana. Only good thing about it that it has been going up.
What are you "using" shitcoins for?
Le epic monkey pictures?
What uses are there for any crypto (excluding Monero)?
>bro buy my ghostchain crypto, it's better than everything
>bro there is no use for crypto
???
And the use issssss?
Remittances, swapping, borrowing/lending. Shitcoins and NFTs are a sideshow. However, yield farming is why I would bridge if Solana could be bridged to.
Solana now has an EVM
Check out Neon (and buy a bag of their token on Orca while it's still at private vested sale price, Ive been buying the absolute shit out of it and will get to dump on the vested VCs, sweet revenge)
WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK
what is happening
solana is fucking up
Im such a slowpoke
is it too late to buy SOL?
remember when people told that it's dead...holy shit
Might want to get yourself a bag on the next small dip
i remember when solana was $100. It might tet back to that price?
Solana gay
Solana is such complete trash technically and business wise scamy project.
That said yes it will probably pump again because normies are retarded.
Lame cope
SOL is godlike
>cope
I just said I expect the price to go up. SOL will hit $1000 this cycle. Is it a scam? Yes. Am I invested? Yes.
good
>fudding something you're invested in
ngmi
It's not FUD, I just said being a scam is a good thing until end of cycle. Scams did great last cycle, see LUNA, AVAX, Fantom and SOL itself. Just need to cash out in late 2025.
Explain why you think it's a scam
>Blockchain
>down half the time
Kek
yeah show us the chart
it hasn't been down for a very long time
this ends in February and it hasn't been down since
WOW ALMOST A YEAR OF NOT SUCKING ASS 100%.
ICP has never been down in an comparable manner.
>they fixed it but that's not good enough
anon you need to start looking forward and not back
i solded. have fun guys. made my 5x already.
>normies

It's a scam. That's bullish until late 2025.
King jeet Chamath will laugh as he rugs you again.

buy the next dip. not going to say how high I think it will go but definitely up from here

Also congrats on you gains. You should be happy about any profit

He's saying he's gonna show another opportunity
I invest by willing the world into being a better.
I don't invest in scams and shit tech because that encourages it.
That's why I have ICP and XRP.
But it is centralized, and craps out. And is 40x more expensive than it needs to be because for some stupid fucking reason the entire thing is coded in Rust instead of something smart like C++.

Oh no wonder I hate it, I thought it was for no reason at all
The C++ client went live on testnet last week.

serious question, when is the correction coming?
its up 21% today

How does it keep going?
manipulated coin. makes no sense. its up 21% and still not crashing. i dont get it.
