Is silent detrooning a thing?
Like every trans forum and dating space seems to be dominated by babytrans. If they all actually transitioned that ratio should change and passoids should be dominant. There should be more people transitioned for more than 1 year than less than 1 year.
But silent detrooning would explain it.
If a lot of cis-guys "dabbled" in transitioning before deciding it isn't for them. Could well be the majority of the extreme babytrans spergs who post here.

That there's a group of people who dabble in HRT and trans-stuff briefly but that it's a short phase for them.
Possibly too short to really be documented by stats. I'm talking about people who tried hrt for 3 months then stopped. Likely wouldn't even be considered detrans by official stats as it's such a brief period of time.
I think it's more that as you get further into transition it becomes less of your life
like a "learn to skateboard" forum would likely be overrun with beginners because once you know what you're doing and have friends to skate with you don't need it
Makes sense. But still, in the skateboard example I’m sure many would only try skateboarding as a hobby briefly and the fraction that go on to become pros is very tiny.

I do think there's some proportion of people who try transition, get a few months on hrt or whatever, and then stop. I imagine a lot don't even get to the coming out point.
When I used to attend a support group, there were a ton of people who would come for 6-12 months and then stop. Most were still trans (I don't know any detransers irl other than "I guess I'll just be agab presenting nb" people), they just weren't attending group cause they were living their lives, had trans friends, and didn't need that space anymore.
Not really. Oldfags are still around but feel less of a need to make themselves visible. Many are busy working full time or busy with their existing relationships. Over 30s post fewer photos of themselves for obvious reasons.
I think people tend to drop out of the trans community irl at 25+ because they are too old for groups of young people but don't want to be around boomerhons in the other groups.

It gets old after a while. You learn and share all the things you want to after a couple years.

I'd add that most pics of legit hot trannies are not reposted while the uggos are. Only exception is Mel and Ava who are hot but posted a lot. There's more interest in non-passers

I wonder how common your type is
I was on estrogen for 6 months then I had to get a colonoscopy and endoscopy to find out why I had blood in my stool. I had to stop taking medications and I never got back on. Still hate myself and I have a hiatal hernia which is common in overweight women and I am not overweight or a woman 🙁

detrooning is rare, the reason is because people who have fully transitioned dont like to spend a ton of time talking about it. at least not when its not anonymously. thats why this board has lots of people with 4+ years hrt but you almost never find them on other "trans spaces"
