Septum piercings imo even on cis women are uggo and make them look like livestock. But in terms of passability only if you have a really fem nose and are trying to distract from other features. Otherwise your septum piercing will elongate the nozes position on your face and call attention to it.
Ehh tbh id suggest you not do it. Imo septums are massively overdone at this point and most people with one are not complimented by it at all. Worst comes to worse if you do it, you can always just flip it up or take it out, so it is pretty low risk so long as your piercer doesn't fuck it up like pic related or, God forbid, pierce through your fucking cartilage.

Maybe this is mean or judgmental of me, but I have literally never seen a septum piercing look good on anyone, masc or fem. I genuinely can't understand why anyone has that done to themselves, I feel like it just makes you look so much worse automatically. I see a lot of women that I would otherwise find attractive but don't just because they have a nose ring. It makes me feel bad, like it really shouldn't bother me that much, but it really does. It makes me like actually uncomfortable to look at, like doesn't that hurt? How on earth did you agree to let someone do that to you, much less seek it out? And I just imagine it moving or when they take it out or like. It's just too much.
