If you get Tinnitus 1st is to calm the fuck down and give it time. Can take even up to a year or two but eventually you get used to it.

This. First year sounded like I had the back of a CRT tv floating in my head but after a while it just becomes part of the natural background noise of life.

i have had it for 3 years now sound like the crt tv high ptich, very ocasionaly it goes,

when I move my head to a particualr angle , by accident, walking down stares.

I think its eagle syndrome, were the spinous process is piching your jugual venous so your getting out flow obstrectuin....i had an mri it was suggestive of this, but I neet a contrast CT to determine more.

the other possibility is its a negatve feed back that cant tune proeprtly syou PID is fucked.

I use to get this as chidl for a few seconds then it would tune out in seconds.

I will probally take so pircetam to see if it helps.

it is worse when I wake up in the morning, it is living hell to be honest.

Can confirm, I've had tinnitus forever. Sorry to say but if you kys because of tinnitus, you were NGMI anyway.
I have no confirmed losses, only wins, because I am all in on Shibarium.

Eating a shitload of fresh pineapple daily is supposed to help relieve eye floaters.

Is this real or some schizo bs? I'd like some relief from my eye floaters, they bother me more than tinnitus

Bark and Bowl, like everyone else, and also Steak and Tuna as lowcaps. Tuna seems to be a full degen (50/50 if it sends or rugs) but Steak is a st(e)aking protocol and should do pretty well.

            >Is this real or some schizo bs?
It's based on a single Taiwanese study that found people eating fresh pineapple daily reported fewer floaters after several months. There was no control group. It's also based on the fact that floaters are made of collagen, and bromelain in fresh pineapple supposedly dissolves collagen.

Thanks anon. Not sure if I want to dissolve my eyeballs but I'll keep it in mind.

Bullshit! I've been DJ'ing and producing since 2005, and I hear the bells ringing every day and night, and I ALWAYS notice it.
Sometimes, I'll lose hearing temporarily on one ear and it'll just ring and ring for a few seconds to about a minute. But it's always noticeable.
You might have had a minor case of it, but for us big boys? Yeah, no. That shit is practically impossible to ignore or get used to.

I have one high pitched on my left side and during the lockdowns I have a low rumble on on the right side. It has ruined my music making hobby, now I can't properly EQ subbass frequencies because the low rumble interacts with the bass frequencies. Luckily it's not insanely noticeable like the people that has worked in clubs and stuff.

Also pro-tip: the Chad way to habituate is to use heavy earplugs 24/7 until you are being driven mad by the tinnitus. Then whenever you take the earplugs out it immediately kills the volume by like 50%.

Can confirm. Was contemplating kms when I got it. Weird thing is I have somatic tinnitus. It changes pitch if I yawn, tense my facial or neck muscles, or even touch my ears. It came at the same time as loud crackling/clicking whenever I swallow. I think it might be due to Eustachian tube dysfunction. I can’t equalize pressure using the valsalva maneuvre. Does anyone know about this?

I have the exact same thing

I have a rumbling in my ear that I've been trying to get rid of for 2 years that went away when I get the flu and have headache like wtf. It sadly came back after I recovered

. It is entirely due to muscle tension in the face and head. I induced it by trying to lift weights while one side of my body was dysfunctional due to twisted pelvis and my head muscles were contracting uselessly to try and stabilize my body since there wasn't any other muscle group up to the task

had mine since childhood (firecrackers ..), permanently reduced to a large extend by taking a mushroom with nerve-regrowing effect for a while. .. have only noticed it very occasionally since, will try taking the stuff for longer periods to get rid of the rest.

Lion's mane mushroom is known to have an effect on nerves.
          https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24266378/

Actually took it for a different reason. .. but also took Astragolide IV some time before which might also have helped with repair of the damaged material.

          >just placebo?
to elaborate, you don't really notice things that are decreased much, ... then wondered why it happened and looked into side-effects of the stuff I was taking.
Current studies on treating hearing-loss with it, very recent. (didn't know study was finished yet, only knew there was one)
          https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1756464622002900

many cases of tinnitus are caused by crowded teeth, which due to lack of space in the gums,
create tension in muscles of the mandible and the region close to the ear.
if you have bad teeth and you haven't fucked up your hearing with loud noises, chances are your teeth are the cause

          Anonymous

So how to fix it? do I get an invisalign?
The thing is, I have a wisdom teeth that's half out, and the left one is mostly still under the gum. Do I have space to align the teeth without removing them? I don't want to remove them. The teeth on the front the lower ones are a bit croked and there I have tartar buildup easily for some reason. I think because there is exposure to salive there more. My jaw is also sightly recessed. I would need bimax ideally but its brutal. So yeah what the fuck. I also have floaters on one left eye. I got laser eye surgery like 12 years ago, im now 33. Not sure if I always had them and realized after or what. Anyway, best decision ever, glasses sucked and contacts sucked even more.

Btw im also considering to check under the gums to see if there is tartar buildup inside the gums, but you need xray for that. I don't like to be exposed to xrays. I know a guy that works in software and said some of the machines were wrongly configured, old firmwares etc, if you get some dofus operating it you may get unnecessary xray doses.

Literally just gotta take a few sips of your urine and the tinnitus will go away.

I’ve practiced urine therapy for 3 years, did it at first to heal a bunch of chronic issues….now I just do it as needed for various small issues that pop up.

My mom saw how well it worked for me and when she developed tinnitus… not horrible tinnitus but just enough to annoy you… told her to drink her urine… she did it and the tinnitus ceased virtually immediately.

    Try eating shit and dying.

they were noise cancelling headphones. they have microphones in them that pick up your ambient surroundings and then amplify them and then invert the phase/polarity to create the "noise cancelling." if it not calibrated properly and/or used for very long hours consistently, it can definitely fuck you up.

This was obvious to me the first time I tried "noise cancelling" headphones in the gym so that I could listen to a podcast while running instead of listening to the gym background music.

as soon as you put them on they just copy the background noise and play it back even louder with a phase delay to "cancel it out" , but it isn't actually cancelled, they're still sending lots of noise vibrations into your ear , they're just making it noise with no discernible notes, then they play whatever you want to listen to even louder over the top to distinguish from the loud background sound being blasted into your ear.

They're complete trash and I don't know why anyone uses them unless their ears are already fucked

it's like novelty "firey anal ring scoville 1 million hot sauce" but for your ears.

Tinnitus fucking sucks, but you just need to keep some white noise or background noise going. When things get quiet then the tinnitus gets loud.

I got tinnitus after removing my wisdom teeth and doing some earwax extraction. It's the worst thing ever and I've had cancer which is really not a big thing compared to this. It's permanent and it messes up your mind, you become a different person. It's not comparable to physical pain, most physical pain you can just ignore but tinnitus is with you forever, always. I'm pretty sure it's related to blood flow to the inner ear but who knows, it just goes to show how primitive we are that doctors can't figure this one out, yet they pretend to know everything when it comes to the vaccine, unironically getting tinnitus made me distrust doctors before covid hit and avoid the experimental gene treatment.

With that said, suicide is retarded and irrational but I understand why someone who didn't think it through would do it. Instead of being an emotional child you need to understand the value of existence over non-existence and you will never consider suicide again. Too bad he didn't come here, missed out.

Kek imagine living with visual snow and floaters like me and after images. If i look at this text, sometimes but not always i see a photo of it in my vision for a few seconds, flashes of light, black dots, all the good stuff 24/7 on top of tinitus. I got visual snow after i hit my ass when sliding down a hill in winter when i was 14. Never went away, 28 now. I think i damaged part of my spine or go brain damage or something of that, or the fall damaged my retina or something i have no fucking clue. All i know is that i accepted it and live with it now.
