It’s hard to get perfect symmetrical eye brows. If you don’t mind shaving them both off and curating them as they grow, you’ll be able to manage it way easier. If that’s not an option you should take a photo with your camera so you get the inverse and check which eye needs to be adjusted. I typically adjust my higher brow by plucking from the top and then for my other eye brow, i try to pluck underneath. If you go overboard it will look weird
