These were lights observed know my drive home. They were completely stationary for 30-40 minutes, with their azimuth relative to me not changing at all. Once I got home I started recording - ignore my annoying neighbor in the clip.
Thread image was taken with my phone's 60x magnification zoom.
These objects were by far the most luminous things in the sky on an overcast evening. As you can see in the video, one object sat approx. 25 degrees to the left of the other, larger one. It could have been further away but they did not move at all. They emitted an extremely bright, white light which also did not change
Just really weird. Thanks for your thoughts bros

my best guess is that those are the planets Jupiter and Venus judging from the date of your post u probably recorded this on the night of 23 - 28th of February and you took this video facing west

      >These objects were by far the most luminous things in the sky on an overcast evening
this kinda tipped me off their position and the date also seems sus and gives the planet deduction much credit, how ever the rectangular shape of some of the frames kinda confused me perhaps an internal reflection inside the phone camera? so the shape might have came from the shape of the die of the cmos chip maybe ¯_(ツ)_/¯? or it might simply be an artifact of the digital zoom either way I don't think it is that consequential when it comes to identification...
also the general shimmering or as u commented in the vid "pulsing" is also a clue that they might be planets also the color from the vid seems to be yellow-ish white also a sign it might be a planet.
that's my best guess op, i also observed them the last few nights so i thought of them as soon as i saw the vid...

Ty man. The video was taken on the 28th of February and yes facing east. You're probably right about the objects being the conjunction of Jupiter and Venus however they emitted an intense white light.
So I'm 95% they're planets, 5% it's some UFO alium shit. I've looked at planets both with the naked eye and through telescopes and they've looked nothing like that but given the conjunction and the fact that they appeared to the west that's what I'm going with

ey np m8, i would love to explore the ufo 5% just for fun if u don't mind thou, since that stuff is always amusing kek...
so what things u sus about it? also maybe we can get beautiful pics of Venus from ur telescope setup? it is my first time on /x/ and honestly this thread made my day :")
I have been a poorgay naked eye kiddo for a while so saved up on my side tutoring work in the college and just recently got my hands on an old celestron C90 mak and its a bit of a pain without a mount or a stand but i will figure out something in the mean time....
also is this very common for ufos? i always thought they were like the tictac video where they were much harder to figure out (in the case of the tictac parallax funky gimble movement)

I had to Google what those two lights were last night too.

The conjunction is happening tonight though and I'm looking forward to checking that out.

I'm not a debooker either and aliens are real.

Yeah kinda looks like about the right distance for the Venus Jupiter conjunction. They’ve been lit lately. Not debunking, they’re incredible lately and I think a sign of things to come.

Zooming on an out-of-focus object is a waste of time. Before seeing your next UFO, ghost, cryptid or the like, please learn how to operate your camera. That is not meant in a snide way -- if people would learn to use their camera properly, we might actually get decent images of some of these things.
