Probably no soldiers left, mobilisation events cancelled. There are definitely men walking the streets, but they all have either paid their way out of service or came up with some other excuse.
No more men can be mobilised, unless they "switch gears" (which can lead to civil unrest).
This war can go indefinitely. As long as Ukraine will get paid for it's "service", it'll keep fighting. It'll hire foreign mercenaries to fight, it'll find the way.
Realistically, if funding stops - then 2-3 months and cracks will begin to show, then another 2-3 months and it's over.

I think Ukraine needs to cut its losses and consolidate its population outside of the Russian controlled territory. Russia can keep it and the remainder of Ukraine joins EU or NATO.
Russia wouldnt agree to any terms where any part of Ukraine becomes a NATO state considering that was the main reason for the war
