I'm ready to buy a new truck/SUV but there's no details on the regular TRD Off-Road 4x4 trim.
I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a new Honda Pilot if it's too expensive.
oh you meant pricing, yeah i'm guessing they'll be like $50k starting plus dealership tip

Yes, I would be embarrassed to be seen in that.
All body on frame trucks in the US are midsize at smallest. Anything smaller is a unibody "truck" and is basically what other countries would call a ute but upsized to 'Merican sizes.
The whole new truck market is gay and retarded

Yeah pretty much its just HDs that aren't completely gay. They are just mostly retarded.

>Maverick is a ute
Gimme a longitudinal coyote and a clutch pedal, list it for the equivalent of $26k in today's greenbacks, and I'll buy one. Until then y'all can keep your econobox and please don't call it a truck.
>that shit >"compact truck"
My Datsun 620 is a compact truck. Then again I am odd in that I breathe through my nose and stop eating when I'm satisfied, so...
What fucking universe are these "compact"?
A Mighty Max is compsct. A hardbody is compact. A B2200 also matches that description, among many other trucks, but a Maverick, much less this piece of shit? Nah my dude.
Strada is deceny but the other ones are fucking cramped
You posted the previous version though. New Strada is literally a Renegade/500X/Argo/Cronos
All of these poorfag pickup are nothing but 2WD shitboxes only poorfags or homosexuals would buy. Fuck the B segment market. Only Niva is worth
So they neuter the Tacoma to accommodate the small crowd of enviroweenies complaining about fuel economy only to introduce a utility van to fill that space?
I mean to be frank I’ve never seen a midsize used for work so I can hardly blame them for appealing to the influencers and attention seekers that couldn’t even change their own headlights without a 10 minute YouTube video.
There are tons here in the LA area, Rangers, Colorados, and sometimes Tacomas get used for all kinds of stuff - mobile mechanics, pest control, pool cleaning, sign companies, landscaping, police/security/park rangers/etc., and any kind of supervisor/inspector/surveyor type job, especially for utility companies etc. that need the off road performance for getting to towers in the hills etc. There's even a company around that uses Colorados with the bed replaced by forks for carrying a single dumpster on the back so they can get into narrow alleys etc.

>basically what other countries would call a ute
Australia is the main one that does that, and "ute" refers to any kind of truck there. A Ram 1500 is a "ute."
lmao dude most Japanese trucks in America are made in America if not Mexico or Canada. The Chicken Tax only applies to vehicles made in Japan, and that's why Nissan and Toyota started making trucks in the U.S. from 1984.
>Plus options >Plus market adjustment >Plus tax, title, and tip
For what I'm assuming is >Turbocharged 4 cylinder >"AWD" (FWD with a part time tiny rear diff) >Unibody >McPhersons at all 4 corners >3500 lb tow rating
And they'll sell five figures of them. Fuck the current car world is depressing.
I'm not totally convinced this isn't just a pseudonym for generated new stories
otherwise this person can only write in two sentence paragraphs and writes at an 7th grade D+ level
That's because it's a photoshopped image of a Maverick.
The Stout is a rumored vehicle based off loose statements made by Koji Sato, that's it.
It's not been "announced," it might be real, and it might be based off the TNGA-K platform like the Avalon, Camry, Highlander, and RAV4, and it might just look like the RAV4 that also hasn't been announced yet (but with a truck bed on it), and it might be offered specifically with a definitely yet-to-be-named detuned T24A-FTS variant, and the actual announcement might be in the first week of June, and the redesigned RAV4 might not be announced until October, but I mean it's all just rumors right haha
Dethrone the Maverick from what
Compact truck in North American market
Isn't the tacoma a compact truck?
Technically its a mid sized
Since when? I'm used to the ones that are ranger/S10 sized
since 2005
Fuck, new tacomas are ugly.
you think so?

It's a cuv missing a trunk lid.
That's what compact truck buyers are in the market for so I don't see why that disqualifies it

you just discovered everything is bigger now huh?
the cuck truck market segment
Paying $30k for #20k truck market
It'll have the same mpg as the Maverick since ford's 2.5 hybrid is basically a copy of Toyota's but it won't have shit build quality
Based
>'muricans will never have these
sad
or these
and these
dont shed a tear for us, we dont want any of those garbage mobiles
Technically, Americans already have those. They're made and sold in the continent of America.

Plenty of Mexicans have US citizenship
So they neuter the Tacoma to accommodate the small crowd of enviroweenies complaining about fuel economy only to introduce a utility van to fill that space?
No they neutered the tacoma for the city slickers
I mean to be frank I’ve never seen a midsize used for work so I can hardly blame them for appealing to the influencers and attention seekers that couldn’t even change their own headlights without a 10 minute YouTube video.

How did they neuter it? it makes more torque than the old v6
>muh performance
Isn’t that tripe old yet?
>we want the compact truck market without selling them
Is it gonna be fwd based or rwd based?
>compact RWD in 2023
Is that a real question?
🙁
oh and the ranger has been pigfat since 2011
Why can't they just bring over the 4cyl turbo diesel Hilux?
Chicken tax

>Toyota
Toyotas are for chuds
its true. you will see it '27
Tacoma don't have leg room and are literally made for mantles. That's why their frames have to be longer than a half ton to stoke their ego.
>earliest market delivery 2026
ngmi

11/10 will be ruined by 10-20k markups like every other new pickup, and Toyota dealers are the worst of the lot
>if a truck was a filthy tranny
ugly af
DOES NOT PASS
Just make a fucking BOF 4WD compact pickup already
I'm not totally convinced this isn't just a pseudonym for generated new stories

chances it is body on frame?
SELL IT IN EUROPE YOU HACKS
Looks like it's made in the same factory.

I wish we got the 2023 Chevy S10 like Mexico
I fucking hate burgeroids and their retarded trucks so much
