Been working out, eating right, stocking up on filters (water and air). I've been trying to find ways to get taller because it's important to stave off others in survival situations. It's the only thing I lack. I'm currently just the average.

I've asked on more than on occasion on how to combine magic and lifting and never got any answers. I imagine invoking Mars or one of his masks is probably the way to go but I don't really know for sure. I would mostly look for rituals and spells that strengthen your mental and physical resolve in the gym. I don't know if magic can physically change the size and strength of your muscles anymore than you can by yourself but again I don't really know.
You jest, but if someone would find a good way to integrate the esoteric with getting physically strong, they would become very rich and popular.

It could be a myriad of reasons. Magickal, religious, spiritual, mental, energetic (for example, qigong), testosterone, lucid dreaming, or semen retention to name some.

Unfortunately (or fortunately for some), your genes do matter. However, I've never met anyone that couldn't build muscle at all; some just build slower than others. What is your diet like?

Motivation is one of the most misunderstood forces. For almost everyone, motivation is completely random and fleeting; you cannot rely on it consistently. Most people who give up on things make the mistake of trying to conjure up motivation that just isn't there.
What I would suggest, instead, is that you simply wait until you get a spark of motivation from any source. You've probably experienced this in your past; some random thing just ignites this fire inside you, and you fervently work on the object of your motivation for like a week then gas out and forget about it. Wait until that comes back, then consciously acknowledge that you will use this "gift" of motivation to solidify a new habit. When that motivation comes, think of the habit you want to develop; e.g. going to the gym 5 days per week. Then start doing that; it should be easy with the motivation. Once you've kept this up for 3-4 weeks it becomes a habit that no longer needs motivation. The problem is that your motivation probably won't last the entire 3-4 weeks, so you simply have to accept beforehand that at some point in the habit-building process, you will have to endure some discomfort. That last part is important; once you've consciously accepted that you WILL be uncomfortable, it becomes easier to push through.
Also, I recommend reading Atomic Habits by James Clear.

There are things you can do to make yourself more conducive to motivation.
First do the mundane stuff (which should be enough for almost everyone).
Eat right. Avoid seed oils and sugar. Reduce carbs. Hydrate. Sleep consistently and for at least 7 hours per night. Increase healthy fat (animal fat, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil) and protein. Be active, even if it means walking around your house (or ideally outside). Don't sit too long. Avoid alcohol and drugs. Breathe deeply and steadily.
In terms of magick, the root chakra is responsible for your viral life essence, but you should meditate and try to visualize the lower 3. The process is simple: get into a meditative state with your spine straight, then visualize your root chakra as a red dot. Then, spin this red dot while you try to feel it heat up. Once you reach a point where it's spinning at a stable rate, inhale deeply and visualize a stream of white energy shooting up your spine to your sacral chakra (orange), and repeat. Naval chakra is yellow.
My diet is probably healthier than most. I have a plethora of severe dietary restrictions and intolerances which make it to where I can basically only eat whole foods prepared in my own kitchen. Nothing prepackaged. No take-away or sit-in restaurant foods because of the potential for cross contamination of common allergens. I don't fancy sweets.

Me too. It is both a blessing and a curse; on one hand it forces me to eat an optimal diet so I'm really healthy and jacked. On the other hand I don't get to enjoy junk food like pizza and cake.

I already diet. Supp boron, vitamin k, and use a mineral complex. You get it. I used to box for two years. Yesterday was my pull day and I hit a deadlift PR. I already have worked out for four years.

You won't find a spell to make you stronger, but esoteric methods for improving internal drive can get you to push harder and get better results. Try reading about somafera. Classic manifesting for an aggressive mindset is useful as well.
