People will tell you the endgame of distrohopping is going back to Windows, in reality, the endgame is realizing all Linux distros, MacOS and Windows suck, it's just that they do it in different ways

The endgame of distrohopping for was Debian.
for me*
Why would you settle for an OS designed by people who hate humans?
NEED TO BREED
qrd on this? is this a character that's been posted before? is LULZ just full of coomers?
fuck off COVER
It's a /vt/ meme about a vtuber called Baelz
From the outside usage of the linux is looking like constant and needless tinkering with ever evolving system to make things work. Fueled purely by spite for the big tech corporations.
I'm new to this but sheer thought of fucking up grub or DE and manually rewriting config from the terminal makes me shudder.
I've heard many stories when people detransition back into windows and feel relief when things just work out of the box all the time and fixes if necessary - extremely easy to do. Nothing goes out of alignment, nothing fucks up anymore...
But I can't deny the beauty of an artisan crafted system with custom bleeps and bloops.
cheesed to breed you
must... plap...
mating press
Nobody cares
>distrohopping
is the most retarded hobby
>going back to Windows
most retarded option unless you need it for school
>C-cheesed to meet you
Unironically the endgame. Is going back to the one true operating system.
AMIGA WORKBENCH
Here's the thing I don't understand. I started using Ubuntu back in 2012 and in all these years I've never once thought about using anything else Linux wise. I use kubuntu in my bedroom on the media center pc and regular Ubuntu on my main system.
I've tried other distros but they all lack basic shit. Linux mint came close but it's totally scuffed. Arch is just painful. Fedora is a pain in the rectum. Opensuse is way too overly complex and unusable. Debian 12 was cool in my vm but I don't care enough to switch because it's incomplete.
I've used windows along side Ubuntu on and off. But I've never distro hopped. All the distributions i tried, I did so in a vm.
You can use whatever you like. But like that's YOUR opinion. It's not shared by everyone.
julzer?
It's impossible to avoid Windows. Just dual-boot when you want to play games. For everything else, use Linux.
Oddly enough, any game I care about runs through Proton. It's Vegas Pro that keeps me one Windows
>Use Kdenlive or Resolve
They're not a 1:1 replacement for Vegas Pro
I want threads about actual tech, not random opinions of under informed anons
If you don't improve the quality of threads, i shall have my internet connection disconnected.
The endgame of distrohopping is realizing that different distros were tailored for different usecases and then creating different PCs for different usecases or choosing the most convenient distro to run a headless VM on.
