Pelvic plasty

These results actually look good bros. bbl is cheaper, but you need to get fat first. Silicon look completely unnatural. Thoughts?

My hips are more like the cis women. I just need to balance out my larger shoulders.

Are you insane? This is literally the most uncanny unnatural weirdest ill-fitting looking shit I've ever seen

The mtf doesn't look great, but if the purpose is passing it would clearly help. My high hip is substantially smaller than my low hip, so I feel I'm a good candidate.

This woman looks 2D. It just looks like Photoshop liquify.

Need to see some more angles or just in motion video

True. I will ask them how much circumference you can expect to gain.

Not even trans, I'm just wondering why an already curvy cis woman would get a surgery to look less natural? For trans girls ig it's fine though.

I would maybe consider, however I would want to see more before/afters of trans people prior to pulling the trigger. The one image of a trans woman looks kind of uncanny and weird, but all the AFAB ones look great. I think I'd still go for silicon from a well known surgeon.

Do you think I would get an uncanny result like if picrel is my starting point? Trying to decide on this surgery or hip implants. BBL is out of the question for me

that's still a wide pelvis, you can tell bc if thigh gap, she just has a big ribcage so a bad w/h ratio

Holy shit they look so unnatural. I don't get the cis women doing this surgery. Most of them already looked curvy before? And the after just looks terrible and artificial?

I just live with waist-to-hip dysphoria and cope with A-line dresses because none of the current options look like actual hormonal pre-bonefuse hip development. BBL looks uncanny, implants look uncanny, what OP posted looks uncanny.
The only options seems to be unfusing your bones by using that hormone that pregnant women produce, but there's no studies being done on this and the only info comes from brave crazies who ordered the expensive hormone from the web and injected themselves with it

I've researched this extensively and guinea pigged myself. It's a waste if time. Search relaxin the missing hormone in the archive.

Your high hip is quite wide already. I would never discount bbl and I think you might benefit from. Just go for surgeon who uses ultrasound.

This would look pretty good with more time for fat distribution + core/leg/ass defining workouts.

Yes and as always you want to combine with bbl for best results. Same with silicon hip implants and ba.

yeah, but it's a cis woman, this is how this procedure looks like on a trans woman

My hips are more like the cis women. I just need to balance out my larger shoulders.
