I worked out for almost 2 years with that faggy body I was born with and it kept getting injured, I barely had any results despite trying my best and measuring everything I eat. In the end I gave up, now I'm worse than before. Maybe I will go back working out but it really is not fun. It's miserable and shitty to live this way. We have 3 choices:
- change and try our best even though for some of us it barely changes anything but there's at least the micro satisfaction that we tried our best despite the terrible odds
- accept the way we are or deal with it and ignore it
