Once you use dishsoap for shampoo, you'll have a total mental shift, you'll become enlightened, for you'll realize that any other shampoo made for that purpose is inferior. It removes all the shit from your hair, good oil and bad, and you just condition it after. It's cheaper per unit volume than regular shampoo, as you can use less for the same efficacy. Make the switch anons, boost your hair game to the next level.

Or just quit the shampoo/conditioner/moisturizer/whatever bullshit products and wash with water only. As long as you scrub your hair every day / every other day, you'll be fine.

Why are you making it a race thing? Either way it doesn't matter, anyone can do it. Hot water and your hands to scrub your head/hair and a wash cloth is usually enough to clean yourself. Especially if you're doing so every day / every other day. Still use deodorant and wash your hands with soap after using the bathroom. You've been conditioned to believe that soap and shampoo are absolutely necessary in order to get clean. The problem is showering/bathing (or, rather, choosing not to), NOT whether you use shampoo/soap or not. I'm not saying I believe these things are going to kill me if I use them, I'm just saying they're unnecessary and possibly doing more harm than good. Some people even have conditions that if they were to use soap/shampoo, it actually makes things worse. They've reported better skin condition and they feel better. Avoiding milk products helps too. Things like acne have cleared up. Personally, I've noticed these improvements, and without shampoo my scalp isn't dried out, and without soap my body seems to dry off faster, I don't smell, and I just feel "right". No more weird feeling. Also, you say that about hygiene, but I bet you don't even use a bidet you fucking hypocrite.

Tried that bullshit meme and it only gave me extremely greasy hair and horrible dandruff and itching. Fuck off.

If it's not working, then you must be doing something wrong. Either you're not scrubbing/washing yourself properly or enough, or your diet is shit. For me, I noticed improvements when I ate better, little to no junk food, avoided milk / dairy products and continued to just drink water most of the time. Wash/bathe every day / every other day. And DON'T use any of those "shampoo alternatives" like baking soda and vinegar, it'll just fuck your hair up.

So anyway, my hair/body is fine, I haven't suddenly become some greasy stinky caveman because I've stopped using soap and shampoo, despite what you two anons believe. And if anything, my hair and skin looks and feels better than before, honestly. I wouldn't be doing it if it didn't work.

Well shit idk. Maybe it's your hair texture or your body produces more oil than others? Any medications / drugs? Also, I forgot to mention that slowly going off shampoo may be better instead of quitting "cold turkey", and giving your body enough time to adjust. But if it just doesn't work for you for some reason, then that's fine.

                >Avoiding milk products
Meat is expensive and I don't like it anyway, and eggs get boring. Where am I supposed to get protein?

                >Where am I supposed to get protein?
Vegetables, legumes such as lentils, tofu, nuts, seeds, if any of those are a more affordable option. Of course eggs like you mentioned, even if they get boring. Do you like using sauces or seasonings/spices? Maybe that would help?

I'm not on medication, except proton pump inhibitors occasionally but that's not known to have an effect on the scalp, and I had dandruff way before starting to take those meds.
                >slowly going off
I've tried everything: cold turkey, tapering off slowly, substituting with something else, nothing works. In the end, if I'm not shampooing once a day (making my hair fucking dry as shit in the process), it itches, flakes and causes dandruff.

Milk is just a great option for quick protein and calories, while being cheap
I'll try cutting out all dairy and see what it does

Yeah, it's a shame about that. But if you can bear eating eggs, maybe try making a simple omelette once in a while, or just add ketchup if you like, maybe with some cayenne pepper powder, or hot sauces or salsas and wrap it in a tortilla, even s.0.y sauce isn't so bad on eggs. You have many options. Also, if you can make rice in chicken stock or bouillon if it's not too expensive for more flavor, add some beans or lentils, and for a meat substitute use tofu and season it with cumin, chili powder, a bit of salt and pepper and garlic powder (or fresh). You have so many more options, if you can be bothered and have enough time. Just gotta get a few spices and look up simple recipes.

And I should've made it clear when I talk about eggs, I mean scrambled eggs. At least that's my favorite way of having them. Makes it so much easier to eat that way, in my opinion, compared to hard boiled or "sunny side up". But if you do have sunny side up eggs, try it on buttered toast, maybe with some baked beans, it's not as bad as it may sound. Also, you could try soft boiled eggs, or hard boiled to make egg salad or deviled eggs, add some smoked paprika and it's delicious.

youre a dumb nagger if you used dish soap on curly hair it would fucking murder it your shit would be crunchy and disgusting

Not him, but why would I use a washcloth? I pour the body wash in my hands, rub them together, and then put it all over my body. Gets all sudsy and I never get comments about my smell, nor do I get much acne at all. I feel like a washcloth would just use more body wash.

Skin exfoliation. A washcloth gets rid of dead skin better especially if you have some darker patches/areas. For me it's in-between pecs and elbows.
Some people have nasty ass necks because they don't scrub it so sweat and dead skin accumulates.

          >Why are you making it a race thing?
Not him but I’m a member of the alt right so I think I can shed some light on why this issue definitely IS a race thing. It’s literally a popular meme in the alt/far right community right now to shun bathing with soap and shampoo. Alt right thought leaders are advising their followers to stay away from soap, not that we needed much encouragement. Bathing was never really our thing, as Europeans. It was something that was imposed upon us by the Moors. When I stopped bathing I noticed females started being much more friendly and flirty towards me and I finally got a girlfriend after going through a long incel phase because I fell for the israeli soap meme. The wypipo “wet dog smell” that black people talk about is actually the smell our natural pheromones that attract the opposite sex (and I guess also a nagger repellent as a bonus kek). That’s why most of our women end up fucking wet dogs on occasion. All the bluepilled white men smell like gay tranny soap so ladies get confused and go for the next closest thing to human male pheromones.
