They might even out over time anon, if they don't you can always remove them or get fake breasts or something. Unfortunately the breast growth is permanent so if you're not bothered by anything else/happy with HRT otherwise and don't want to/can't afford to get them removed now your best bet is to probably just keep going and hope for da best

Give that serious thought, if the answer is no then you should consider quitting before other effects upset you later in life. If you would take HRT in that scenario then you're probably not going to be happy without it.
