This would not be surprising at all if it's true. Of course there's planets we haven't discovered yet hidden behind billions of big rocks on the very edge of our solar system. Finding these planets is almost like finding atom sized needles in a large haystack. It gets easier to find those needles as our technology improves, but there's no guarantee we'll find all of them.
