You can turn that off (toolbar for sure and probably profile thing). I use Firefox because I like the toolbar on the bottom on mobile. Also, ublock origin on mobile.

I gave Vivaldi a try the other day. I hated it. Reminds me KDE with 12 settings just for the solor and shape of a button, that I can't drag and drop off the toolbar editor that opens for no reason.
