I am a crazy sweater and it embarrasses me- I even quit a job after a few days because they didn’t have air conditioner and I was sweating profusely, but the only deodorant that works for me (mostly) is Mitchum.

What’s your diet like? Do you drink enough water? Do you exercise regularly? I had this problem all through my early 20s and it turns out the solution was not being a hecking slob.

I’m fit, have a clean diet, drink tons of water still sweet like a pig. Somebody mentioned to trim the armpit hair, but wtf does that do if anything at all? The hair is supposed to help release internal body heat, I’d be sweety like no tomorrow. I’m just going to accept it as my curse, at least I’m not bald hahaha right….?

Long armpit hair gets stinky quickly. People mind your sweating a lot less if you don’t also smell like shit.

What the heck lmao sweating has nothing to do with diet and exercise. If anything, you WON’T sweat if you’re dehydrated. Being in the heat and not sweating means you’re this close to a heat stroke. Maybe your sweat won’t smell as foul if you have a good diet idk but you’ll still sweat
Anyway, sweat is genetic. A gland in your brain determines that your body temperature is getting too high so it starts releasing water to cool down. How much water it releases is genetic. If you don’t sweat, you get heatstroke.

What you need OP is an antiperspirant. Usually it takes a while until they start working (a week or so) but they do reduce sweating a lot. Use it on your pits and hands and you’ll be good to go. No more sweaty palms and stains in your shirt at work. Usually they all work with aluminum chlorohydrate

saw a lifehack on one of those shitty 5 minute craft accounts where you stick pantyliners inside your sleeves to catch the sweat, why dont you try that and let us know how it goes
