That's right goyim, a labor shortage! We'll have to import a hundred thousand sub-Saharan Africans to make up for this!

Why is this a joke. Demographics show this is the answer. Racists are pissed, but the answer is massive migration from Africa and Central/South America.
This is why Asia is fucked, because they are even more racist than we are.

It's not a solution, but it is happening.

Basically this, self-checkouts, automated street cleaners, etc… but at the same time AI will make human workers more efficient. So, overall we’ll need less human capital going forward. This is great as it will stop the influx of economic immigrants.

That's entirely up to the people to decide. I see you've chosen to be a pod-dwelling golem.

      >he thinks it’s bad to have a manufacturing floor filled with robots doing all the menial and repetitive tasks.

I didn't say anything about this or that being bad or good. I'm just saying it's up to the people to decide if they want to be pod-dwelling, bug-eating, government-welfare-dependent golems consuming cheap ersatz products of low quality, no variety and no human touch.

How mentally ill do you have to be to think something else would happen? Your rulers are very explicit about their plans for you. How are you going to resist them once you are fully dependent on them for basic sustenance?

Labor shortage is the result of massive excess deaths. Their reason remains a mystery but we can be sure it has nothing to do with RNA injections coding for the same protein that causes long covid.

The boomers are pulling that average age up right now.
When they die off, the average will likely lower.
Right now we are in the intermediate phase where they are retiring (contributing less to labor supply) but not dead (still contributing to demand).

    Things will balance out eventually.
Just cater to boomer needs/demand for easy $$ in the meantime.

How is he retarded? Once the boomers die off, you know damn well the world will be changed. It will be changed into something different and life will probably balance itself out.

If population growth is constant the amount of old people will be lower than the amount of young people regardless?

              >If population growth is constant the amount of old people will be lower than the amount of young people regardless?
Right, which is why 50 years from now, virtually no one will be old. Holy shit, the people in this board are barely sentient.

Why can't society just adjust to smaller populations? Is this something serious, or are panicked handlers just upset that they won't have their selection of 8 different fast food restaurants on each strip to choose from anymore?

Notice how many businesses are begging for workers. It's because so many young people have died from the vaccines or disabled by them.

This seems to be a trend. Crazy times. It is understandable why people who took the vaccines are so worried and lash out at blokes for bringing up the facts.

The weird part is that the mass delusion allows companies to offer low starting salaries despite being staffed with skeleton crews. Eventually the facade is going to break and people at the top will start freaking out when they can't keep the lights on.

I'm ready! Having a garage sale for when the panic hits and TP is non-existent in stores!

$5 a roll! Will trade for gas or ass.
