Injecting yourself with estrogen won’t help, it’s all about genetics, eating healthy and avoiding the sun

You can get it from supplements and your diet. Anyway I’m not saying never go out again.

Yeah. I’m hecked in the head. I’m worse off now on HRT than I was pre-HRT when I was a depressed anxiety-filled mess. Sure, anon. *eyeroll*

DHEA, testosterone, low dose selegiline, no alcohol and sexual and caloric restriction literally make you younger.

if it really bothers you having cone titties you can buy a chest binder and it’ll flatten your chest(not completely) but so much so that it’ll look normal with a shirt on. or hit da gym more.

Hormonal imbalances can cause stress, anxiety, depression, rashes, acne, and can be severe to organs in the worst case scenario. Don’t take estrogen/testosterone if you aren’t prescribed it by a doctor for a condition that actually requires it for hormonal balancing like PCOS.

        >Chud cope, estrogen boost mood and completely eliminates acne.
        You completely missed the point.
        >Don’t take estrogen/testosterone if you aren’t prescribed it by a doctor
I know what estrogen is and what it does. Hormonal imbalances apply to both estrogen and testosterone.

if that were true then women wouldn’t have acne, but they do
        hmmm
maybe you don’t understand the science
