you had to advertise it somehow or somewhere, even if it was just telling your friends about it
just because you created a website back then doesn't mean everyone automatically knew about it
i shill my website on the internet in random forums and chats, and host cool shit on it

Why would anyone want to go to a basedjack website?
because the party is fun to fill up with neutralpliers
Social media kind of killed websites. Nowadays if it's not on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. it kind of doesn't exist. Discord did the same thing to message boards
I've never heard of any of those and I don't trust websites offering downloadable files unless there's a good amount of cred behind it. I would recommend linking to it in LULZ or /vg/ threads on the regular so that people have a chance to get accustomed to it.

The old Internet wasn’t like that you just made a page and people visited it. You didn’t need to sell out to attract them,
you had to advertise it somehow or somewhere, even if it was just telling your friends about it
just because you created a website back then doesn't mean everyone automatically knew about it
Where would be the best place to advertise it?
other websites, family and friends, university etc.

Why would anyone want to go to a basedjack website?
>Nobody goes to it cause it was made post 2000s
Nobody goes to it because it's something no one gives a shit about except you

I hate the modern Internet
>webrings
>writing articles in line with the orange website
>becoming a seo slave
there are no other credible options
Where do you find webrings these days?
LULZ but with the onomatopoeia for sleep instead of the number 4.
What can your website do that Twitter, Reddit, LULZ or YouTube can't do better?
Host mods and levels for games like Dark Forces 2, Unreal, Action Half, Vampire Slayer and Wizard Wars. That would be something they can’t do.
