Looking for an old jacket

Similar to pic. I owned it around 2007. Was stolen from me.
Quiksilver brand
Heavy weight polyester (I think) maybe a blend. Similar to dickies products.
Had one snap button on the cuffs
Had two small waste tightening straps on the back with snap buttons
Zipper without any covering or buttons
Zipper handle said quiksilver
Quilted grey liner inside
Short collar that could be flipped up.
Small pocket inside left breast
Standard outer pockets with quilting in them.

I just want to find one again or something VERY similar. I prefer no metal buttons or anything that can scratch paint.

My bad. If it’s similar to your pic, then it’s a sprng-summer jacket that quiksilver releases every year with small variations. Getting one exactly like the one you had in 2007 might not be possible, but you might like the one which will be released next season. If so, wait for the summer sale and get it at half the price.

You want to buy the exact same thing you used to have because change makes you uncomfortable and you want things to stay the same forever.
There are hundreds of good quality jackets you can buy today and i doubt some old pacsun mallwear jacket was anything special in the first place.
Nobody is going to track down an identical jacket for you, heck off and find it yourself. Its not like you are busy doing something else right now.

It is possible there are some out there and possible a similar thing exists
I don’t mind a different jacket. In fact I would like it to be better. Just the same type.
I don’t see you posting good quality jackets. And in my research I haven’t seen any that I find acceptable.
The jacket was special to me. It fit well and was durable and warm.
Sorry for coming to a place that talks about clothing to ask if people knew anything about clothing. How dare I find out information through the help of other people with potentially more knowledge and experience.

How could you say such a thing, do you know how rude that is? You should really think twice before you say things to people.

Don’t you have anything that’s special to you just the way it is?

I did some looking on eBay. This jacket may be very similar to, if not identical to what you are describing. It may not be the right fabric, but, hopefully, it looks close enough. It seems to be 2000s jacket, or a 1990s model of theirs, but it is in the size large, keep that in mind if you go for it.

OP here. I bought a redkap permaliner jacket. Awful product.
        >zipper doesn’t go to the bottom
        >ordered medium but it wears like an XL
        >paper thin
        >zero insulation
Absolutely worthless. Sending it back and continuing my search.

Kinda but seems thinner and less durable

save and go to your capital or nearest major city. there is no chance you will buy something online that fits you well enough and that hits all your criteria without trying the clothes on. especially if you need to be told to use ebay. it will save you months of time

The problem is, any time I’ve been to a store, they all have zoomer bullshit that looks like vomit on fabric. I don’t think I’ve seen a plain black jacket in years. Aside from carhartt at the local cousin hecker store.

I’ve been on this journey for years…. I’m tired, anon.
The reason I can’t get a jacket is the same reason we have stretch fabric jeans. Idiot consumers that trash clothes after 1 year and buy more.
            I hate this world
