>live in a rural texas town
>town has a decent amount of shopping districts
>the land is as cheap as $20,000 and less
>don't even have to build a whole ass house or get a mobile home hauled onto it, can just park a cheap trailer on it
>zoomers complain about how the price of everything is higher and living is harder
I can live like this self sufficiently and have enough money for other shit like vidya and internet. What's stopping you?
Yeah, where'd you get the $20k from huh?
Daddy's pockets must have been real deep.
Fuck off.
>He doesn't know what a down payment is
Where'd you get the $2k from, huh?
Daddy's pockets must have been real deep.
Fuck off.
Where'd you get fingers from? From your dad?
Daddy's fingers over here, real deep in your ass.
Fuck off.
Why did Dominique Dunne slept with her feet on top in the introduction in poltergeist?
We do not fudge off.
>just get a loan, bro
Kek, it's almost impossible to get loans to buy raw land. Mortgage companies won't lend on raw land. Your only option is to get a seller financing. And for a seller to do that, you're gonna have to accept either a higher sales price, higher interest rate, shorter term, or a combination of all three.
Try working. Pleb.
If you work all your money goes to the landlord. Nobody can save that much.
$20k is not a lot of money. Work and save. Maybe it takes a couple years. Or just debt max and disappear...
Or get a sales job and get good and be done in a few months
>$20k is not a lot of money.
it is when you earn only $40k, and landlord gets half of it
You can save that up in a few years, anon. Learn delayed gratification like a white man.
In a few years the land will cost 5x, so you`re gonna have to spend another few years saving up.
Also theres gonna be a lot of the new Guatemalan neighbours.
>few years
nagger, I have almost as much with my currency being 4 times weaker and it took me like 4-5 years. You should be able to save that much within 1-2.
>he thinks 20 grand is a lot of money
i spent that much on tools last year
I cant move there
A loan. Start debtmaxxing retard. You don't have to work for 10 years to afford something. Buy it right fucking now and enjoy your life.
imagine wanting to live in a deserted shithole where everything is hot, plain, boring and tacky.
oh what are you gonna do today? rush to your car boiling om the driveway, pump the AC to the max, drive 45 minutes to a giant box of concrete and spend the rest of the evening roaming shops and restaurants?
This. White people have no culture because they are lame and deserve to be genocided. Black people on the other cool and deserve to take back what is theirs.
Then make sure to never golf, never listen to classical music, never go to an opera or ballet, never drive a car, etc
Euro culture (what you call white that means nothing) is the one you're always pretending that you invented (no offense but you're an idiot to believe any of that)
I can at least agree and understand that afro, middle east and some others contribute to some culture but you're full of crap if you can't figure out where it all came from (it's not all from one race)
>Then make sure to never golf
almost nobody is rich enough to golf
>never listen to classical music, never go to an opera or ballet
almost nobody does that crap.
plus all this "culture" you talk about happens in the cities (which you claim are degenerate).
sorry, the Boston Symphonic Orchestra is not coming to the municipal theatre in bumfuck Kentucky anytime soon, white "man".
you fetishize the culture of 200yo european aristocracy without having the means nor the culture to actually enjoy it.
a patetic LARP
Lrn2met-opera-online, fgt pls
>online
so this is your cope?
you are forced to consume a pathetic surrgate and instead of waking up and realizing how fucking retarded you are you just come here and claim that listening to a concert "online" is comparable to actually experiencing it IRL?
lol, americans just can't stop being degenerates
>you are forced to consume a pathetic surrgate
Not "forced", but that is what I have.
>listening to a concert "online" is comparable to actually experiencing it IRL
Not merely "listening", but also seeing it live.
Try to imagine the actual experience, Anon.
shitposters
>double replying
lol, really desperate aren't we?
thanks for confirming
>even a "cheap" trailer is still going to run you another 20k at least
>if you skimp and buy a really old one, it will already have tons of problems and be on its way to decaying
most mobile home parks don't even allow models older than 10 years specifically because they fall apart after 10 years
the maintenance on them is constant, and a nightmare
you have to buy special toilet paper so you won't clog up your little baby RV pipes
they're more cramped than even the smallest studio apartment
seals WILL degrade, you WILL get leaks
climate control is impossible, you will swelter in the summer and freeze in the winter. your little baby air conditioner will break, constantly
I could keep going but RVs are the biggest fucking scam going
so now even in a good scenario where you get a great deal you're down 40k so you can live in a decaying little shit-shack on a plot of land somewhere
you will never be able to sell it back to somebody else, because RVs devalue faster than almost anything else
>>if you skimp and buy a really old one, it will already have tons of problems and be on its way to decaying
yeah but you can buy something for 5-10k and have the time to work on it since cost of living is so cheap
any trailer you can get for 5k or 10k is going to be a piece of garbage on its last legs
you cannot just "fix them up" like a house
>>have to drive at least 30 minutes to get to a real store
well for one, you can cut your cost in half buy somethng that isnt road worthy, and once you dont have to worry about it being roadworthy, all your repairs can be halfassed beucase it wont be jolted around all the time on the road
>and once you dont have to worry about it being roadworthy, all your repairs can be halfassed
Wrong. Simple exposure to the elements make them fall apart so fast it'd make your head spin. The seals in particular will degrade just from sitting in the elements, leaks, electrical problems, cheap materials, it's all there
and with absolutely zero benefit
>but it's not getting jostled around on the road
It doesn't matter. if you bought it for 5k you might as well be living in a shipping container. In fact, the shipping container is almost certainly made out of better materials.
Wayne lambright lives in a shed. I think he said he spent $1700
>you have to buy special toilet paper so you won't clog up your little baby RV pipes
also if you own your own property and dont have communist snitch neighbors, you can shit in an outhouse
cook all the meth you want
They don't let you live in an rv on yout own property anywhere. It had to be an rv park.
The RV and mobile home market is fucking ridiculous when you see models that are well over a decade old and in relatively poor condition going for as much as a decent vehicle. You only live in one on a plot of land you own if you're willing to eat that cost to live cheap while you work around the area and save up to actually build a house on that same land. Otherwise, they're a money-sink
Yep, this anon gets it
They're a temporary solution, or a final solution if you're like 70 and don't care if it doesn't last another 10 years because you won't either
Then just fix the RV and vehicles, anon. What are you lazy? Haahahahahahah, just imagine, complains about buying an old vehicle from 1984 and you’re like
>OWOWOWOWWOWI WHY DO I HAVE TO FIX AN OLD VEHICLE THAT IS NO LONGER BEING MADE IN FACTORIES AAAAA
>Then just fix the RV
I'm telling you, it doesn't work that way
Except you make it not work, anon. You have the power to make things happen, YOU SIR have the power!
I have a country hick family who have old trailers parked on their property and different family members in live in them. Those trailers are over a decade old. All you gotta do is find out how to add electricity and water. For electricity you can get fucking solar panels or buy a power generator. Water can come from an outside source.
You would be surprised how many people do not understand how that's not feasible today, like it was well over 40 years ago when many cars had the same manufacturing base, so many parts were interchangeable across many years, makes, and models. Or they fall for the used luxury car meme because "it's cheap!" and never understand how much that part they need, that isn't made anymore, is going to cost them for a vehicle that already had overpriced maintenance costs when it was brand new.
What? I can look on facebook marketplace right now and find dozens of good looking RV/trailers for as low as $1k. Fixing them up would cost next to nothing.
>facebook marketplace
>dozens of good looking RV/trailers for as low as $1k
hahahahaha
oh you poor naive son of a bitch
go ahead, buy one, see what happens
you deserve it for being that fucking retarded
>looks good in the picture to me!
>only 1k for an RV or Trailer, wow, what a steal!
>i'm really good at finding deals
LMAO
really, buy it
go ahead
"just fix it up", it'll be a simple patch job no problem I'm sure
I mean I can always inspect them myself in person without having to buy them first. No skin off my teeth if I haven't spent any money. Either way you're really exaggerating on trailers not holding up.
>Either way you're really exaggerating on trailers not holding up
If anything, I'm being far too generous
Make sure they're not stolen. Informal places like Facebook marketplace are a prime site for people to quickly sell stolen shit, including vehicles, and fuck off by the time you realize you bought stolen property. Tell me if you see deals that good anywhere else outside of places like Facebook marketplace. Not saying it's the case for all items, but deals that seem too good to be true on high price items usually are.
What’s wrong with having stolen vehicles in your disposal?
I think that could be a very big problem. But also why pay for stolen goods?
Because say you wanna do something bad and cool, now you have the police chasing you and other people. Anon, it’s cool and funny lol
This. The police will have good-natured red faces when they realize you're not the owner and they've been chasing the WRONG guy the entire time! Laugh Out Loud!
Every time a person says car, I laugh. Car is a funny word.
That's more likely the case than them being cheap simply because they're poor quality. Sometimes you see in the description of the trailers saying they don't have the title and that can be a red flag because it could be stolen or they're trying to run a scam by selling it to you and reporting it stolen afterwards.
Again, nothing wrong having a stolen vehicle in your armory.
Just make sure you can put the title in your name. I'm surprised you are able to function at all as a person and get up in the morning and brush your teeth without just sitting in bed worrying about every little thing that could happen, but probably won't. You know what a title looks like? Whoa so hard lol.
Get contract, title, and driver's license. Not rocket science.
You have to pay about $20,000 really.
I swear I see ones that are from the 90s that are at most $5,000. Clean interior and all.
>a 20+ year old trailer/rv that only costs $5k
>"the interior looks clean to me!"
anon, I can assure you that's a piece of fucking garbage
>from the 90s that are at most $5,000
I lived in one of those shitboxes for nine years, and even though park rent was cheap, repairs mounted.
Roof leakage and electrical were the worst, but the general rundown was irreperable.
I sold it for $500, and never looked back.
it's pointless, the anon you're replying to has spent the whole thread saying dumb shit like
>I saw some on facebook marketplace for $1,000 that looked totally fine
>you just need to fix it up!
Some of those starry-eyed idealists just do not accept the reality of others, regardless of fact.
Havent you ever heard of dicor?
>dicor
no
It shows.
Newsflash. You can't just be a lazy piece of shit and expect life to go well.
But if you got $50 you can cover the RV roof with a coating that will last you years. No leaks.
You don't sound like you know what you are talking about.
wat
Just to add to it
>very few municipalities let you live in it on your own land
>have to pay RV lot rent (around 800/mo)
>have to pay for insurance (around 150/mo)
>always searching, fighting others for booking campsites
>annoying neighbors and no noise protection
>not having an address sucks for shipping
don't forget the internet service will be almost certainly dogshit and extremely limited in choices (you're getting satellte)
What about that Elon Musk internet. You can put that anywhere and it's supposed to be fiber-tier.
It's not available everywhere yet and it's very expensive
But yeah, in the future that will be the best option for RV people
Well for some people with the absolute right and specific setups and needs it can work. I'm just saying for most anons reading this and thinking "this will be better than just renting an apartment", that's usually not the case
Wayne Lambright is also completely insane and is probably going to die of heat stroke this summer because he thinks a tiny little AC Unit is going to be enough for his needs
I would not look to Wayne for any kind of example of how to live your life
I'm sure Wayne can throw together four or five solar panels, a couple used car batteries, some scrap styrofoam and plywood for insulation and a few tarps for heat shielding if he was really that uncomfortable.
I hope so. It may not have sounded like it but I do still like Wayne.
how am I a israeli shill for warning people that RV life sucks?
Bro those window unit ACs can get a home colder than an actual built-in home AC.
fake & gay
I moved into an apartment with a window A/C and it fckn sukks compared to built-in.
Wrong. Get yourself a high gain antenna and something called a "surecall" analyzer to tell you what provider. This sum bitch will get you a connection 20 miles away.
Then for connection you will need a cellular enabled router. Check out pepwave brand.
This guy is probably a israeli shill or just a retard.
You would be better off without internet anyway.
>very few municipalities let you live in it on your own land
It's like this here too. Also camping is practically illegal.
How the fuck did we manage to get to this point?
When did we become prisoners?
It's boomers kicking down the ladder. They have more money than everything else so fuck us if we can't afford the same housing.
Its blackrock and evil controlling government. Boomers are just yes men who this situation benefits.
But rhe fact is boomers should never be forgiven for creating artificial housing scarcity. Even a medieval serf could build what he wanted on his land. Fuck whoever created housing permits.
Not being able to put structures on your land has been a thing long before Blackstock existed as a company and long before corporate residential real estate. Some of it is banks wanting to push mortgages. But most of it is boomers wanting to prevent you from plopping down a trailer that costs more now than the house they bought decades ago because it'll lower their property values.
>But most of it is boomers wanting to prevent you from plopping down a trailer that costs more now than the house they bought decades ago because it'll lower their property values.
Fuck them house shouldt be an investment it should be expendable. You dont get to infringe on other peoples rights because muh value. That retarded housing ponzie needs to end. If you want investment go make a factory or something.
Rv parks have adresses
There are also lots of mail service companies online nowadays.
My step grandpa has lived in one for ten years and he says he's happy as a clam.
He's got three wells and 40 acres. Fiber internet and septic system.
It's kinda awesome.
>tub about the size of the sink
exactly
You get a toilet inside the shower. Like, you have to stand in it when you take a shower.
Is it one of the few rural towns that aren't filled with cartel, or naggers and Muslims Obama shipped in before he left office?
>live in a rural texas town
>only jobs are at 7-11, Dairy Queen, and the liquor store
>the one small grocery store jacks up the prices on everything
>have to drive at least 30 minutes to get to a real store
>get a job at Dairy Queen at the drive through
>gradually work your way up from shakes to burgers
>then one day your lucky break comes: the french fry guy dies and they offer you the job
>the day you’re supposed to start some men come by in a black Lincoln Continental and tell you that can make a quick $1000 just for driving a van back from Mexico
>When you get out of jail you’re 38 years old.
>Living in a flop house. No job. No home. No upward mobility. Very few teeth.
>And then one day they find you, face down in the gutter, clutching a bottle of paint thinner and why?
Because you wanted me to move to a fucking rural town in BFE Texas
>live in a rural texas town
>Work 2 on one of at the oil patch
>Make 80k
>Save money
>Take summers off and do school
>Buy a house in a place that's nicer
I'm pretty sure the price of RVs got hit with inflation too
iirc nick rocherfort said RV prices dipped because RVs, ATVs, speedboats, etc. fun vehicles are the first thing to be sold when financial crisis occurs
I have less than 500 dollars total.
You live in a fucking desert like a nagger, thats the problem.
There desert is a good place to strip down naked and chase people like you, I would live there honestly lol.
Texas is like 60% Mexican.
Depending on where you live in the state that goes to 100%. And if you move to east Texas then you’ve got naggers.
Live in the bed of your truck instead. I'd pick a cooler area than Texas though.
Just povertymax. I grew up in trailer parks, lived in hoods being the only white, and barrios and learned to speak Spanish. I can live anywhere without getting robbed in places that are so cheap they're off limits to most other whites.
Imagine the smell of your body and armpit, XD. But in all seriousness, you have strength fren!
I've been thinking of buying land and building upon it in a modular fashion, but I'm sure mommy government is going to raise a shit fit over it.
I can imagine it working something like this:
>Move onto bare land with just a trailer
>Construct a small one/two room structure on it and migrate from the trailer to the tiny home
>Build secondary structures so I have more indoor space. One dream I have is to have a dedicated "kitchen building" since I've always detested how having a kitchen in your house stinks up the place and has so much noise pollution
Overtime, I'd have enough little buildings on the property that my children can live in their own little independent house on the land and figure things out.
I can already see it now though. Each of these little buildings would be treated as separate single-family homes and the government would fuck my asshole accordingly.
If someone buys a trailer or RV, the best way to maintain them is to park them in a dry climate, put it under a carport to protect from elements and keep the humidity inside low as you can. Moisture does the most damage to them.
Just get a fucking Yurt.
It's that simple.
I imagine this would be uncomfortable during high wind thunderstorms
Good morning, what do you do with the poo, sir?
Innawoods
they have toilets in them usually
it feeds to a "black water" tank for your sewage, which has a limited capacity
if you don't have a sewage hookup like at a mobile park, you will have to empty your Black Water tank every so often
this basically means hooking up a pipe to the tank and draining out onto the ground or in a ditch or whatever in a pretty nasty process where you will almost certainly get your own shit and sewage on yourself in some capacity, even if you take steps to avoid that
I hope you remember to empty your tank often, because otherwise it could back up and flood your trailer with sewage
did you remember to buy the special "RV only" toilet paper that is made to dissolve better than regular toilet paper, and is like wiping your ass with a very thin fast food napkin? I hope so, because otherwise your tank could get clogged up
who am I kidding, it's going to get clogged up anyway! and insects love to get up in there, so enjoy that too
and because it's so close to the toilet itself, you will probably be able to smell it all the time
now your Grey Water, that's a totally different story. What? You say every time you take a shower the water still kind of smells like shit?
yes, it does!
haha, RV life, truly one with nature
>rural texas
>What's stopping you?
I have seen all the rural Texas I ever want to see, Anon.
^ this
Tell me more how your based enclave is an example for other homosexuals here?
rednecks did it first. all the liberal and greenie talk about "tiny houses" its called living in a trailer. liberals just dont want to admit that lower class whites had it right, new york israelites taught them to be embarassed by it
It's not really uncommon to find people who have a trailer or mobile home that they just want to have hauled off. If you know people who are doing maintenance work on them they usually can hook you up with finding one that is in reasonable shape. Just like everything else in life, who you know matters. Learn to do the work on them yourself and you can at least make sure you have everything working as good as possible.
But if you don't have a good storm cellar you might find out the hard way what tornado alley is all about.
where do you get internet from? Is it possible to get real internet like cable? I work remotely and need a place in the usa outside of SEA for a few months a year.
